Surprisingly not that hard to form the westwrn roman empire cuz an alliance with the visigoths is enough to beat both odoacer and the vandals then assasinating the king for the entire visigoths to fall apart, actually having the visigoths around should be beneficial for beating the eastern empire as they have a shit ton of troops
