Grilled Halloumi Sandwich

  • How to make a grilled halloumi sandwich:
    1. Add sliced tomatoes with some olive oil, balsamic, salt, and pepper so a bowl. Let that sit while you grill the halloumi.
    2. Rinse and slice halloumi. Grill on a saute pan over medium heat for 2 minutes a side or until browned. (oil is optional)
    3. Slice your bread, you can use any kind, I use ciabatta here.
    4. Add pesto, tomatoes, halloumi, and arugula to the bread. Drizzle with some of the extra marinate or olive oil.
    I hope you love this marinated tomato and grilled halloumi sandwich. It might be my favorite sandwich yet!
