Pls what if i have health challenges..like by nature am nt dat fit bcox of my blood group...like i did dry fasting twice in a single week..then low blood pressure overwhelmed me...bcox my body system i dnt av protein sythesis sytem...so i need more of protein from food i ate...i bcame so drained and i live alone i dnt want to fall sick but den i desire to fast like d rest of d belivers i knw pls how should I do??

I am telling you even those without health issues is just by the grace of God they do fasting is not by our own strength. He says he is our strength when we are weak He will strengthen us and empower us. But you need wisdom don't start with dry fast or many days fast. You can start with 5 hours per day with water as long as those hours your focus was to seek Him you will see your self next time going even for 10 hours until even the whole day. But mostly ask for direction from God and do not neglect your health issue. May God give you Grace in Jesus name Ameen.
