Tim wrote this song. I love this song and the 50's doo-wop vibe.. Tim hitting those high tenor notes, when he's normally the deep bass guy was phenomenal! The lyric's are so heart-warming, and the scenery is perfect. What's not to like? IMO- It's the best of all of the songs on the album, but that's just my opinion. When I first heard it, I thought...it can't be over. And since then I've played it non-stop. Thank you, Gitana, for another fantastic reaction!
Richard explore more of their video library...they're amazing...look for Dive Bar Saints (an original song like this one), When you walk in (another original), Helplessly Hoping (a cover) and I still haven't found what I'm looking for (U2 cover with Peter Hollens)
Hi Gitana, I said last week , thank you for introducing me to homefree , well I bought their new Christmas album this week. It is brilliant., Thank you again.
Gitana that one too is on my "forever Christmas song list" !!! And yes they are very cool dudes ! I've seen them in concert twice and both times were amazing :) Gitana for New Years Eve do react to Home Free's cover of Auld Lang Syne !!!
Surely u know homefree well enough now that the Bass Tim Foust is doing the tenor lead in that! U gotta respect that! A guy that can sing as low as him can really get up there. Pretty freakin awesome right! My favorite Christmas song by the is Do You hear What I Hear a great arrangement by Adam Rupp the beat boxer check it out!
Can' agree with you more. Instant hit. Love the 50's vibe. Also love that the members are stretching themselves musically with new challenges, not to mention the new compositions. Love your channel. Feels real homey. It is a part of my day. Stay true to the you we all love.
I just heard this group the other day....they're called 'Small Town Titans'!!! I guess you can call them Rock 'n' Roll, but you're gonna Flip out when you hear their cover of "You're A Mean One, Mr. Grinch"!!! Very Good Sound!!!
These guys are so amazing. So few people have reacted to this one, my fiancee told me he dedicated it to me and I love it so much! The crazy thing is, Tim is singing so much higher than his normal bass register, but it's so clean!! You absolutely need to react to Mayday now, you've done so many Home Free songs, you're ready!!! 💕
Hi Gitana ! Thought I’d drop you a note. HOME FREE put out a new video today & its AWESOME !!! “AMERICAN PIE”. It’s 50 years today it first came out! It’s sung & written by DON MCLEAN! And, he’s done the video with HF !!! He’s 75 years old, but, sure does not sound like it ! His voice is Great & You know how Great HOME FREE is !!! Keep reacting !!! Thanks, Joanie from Texas
This is such a lovely song, with that doo-wop feel, and honest heart-felt lyrics. Tim Foust wrote it, with a guy called Keelan Donovan, who's a well-known Nashville songwriter, and who wrote a couple of the songs from their previous album as well. Thank you for another great reaction.
Hello Gitana! I've been watching you for some time now and I have to say that you've become one of my favorite reactors. I loooove how down to earth and "real" you are when you review these singers. One young singer to which you still haven't reacted is 16-year old COURTNEY HADWIN. If you remember her AGT audition for which she amassed over 300 million views at ONLY age 13, she's a rocker at heart and gives chills when she sings with that rock rasp. 🔥💯 However, in her cover of John Lennon's "HAPPY XMAS", 🎅🎄🤶 she starts hauntingly soft, builds to an energetic, pacey middle with Courtney's voice giving us a little bit of a rock vibe and some goosebump-inducing back up vocals provided by Courtney and two other incredible singers, and then it ends as small as it started. It's appropriate that she ends in such a melancholy way given the tough year we have had globally. But, there is also a dose of hope to this song. The perfect combo for Christmas 2020! - ua-cam.com/video/8n31B3Og2O4/v-deo.html THANK YOU!!!! 🙏🙏 P.S. Those baby pics in the video are of Courtney and her 2 siblings!!! 🎁⛄🎄
Hi there fellow fry.. Love your reaction to this one.. really cute anecdote.. Rob's little girl asked "Daddy.. how did you and your friends get out of that snowglobe??" Just love that image.. love this song . My favorite is Warmest Winter though. Please add Auld Lang Syne by Home Free to your New Years Eve list.. I would love to see your reaction to that. I agree.. Home Free never disappoints! Stay safe and have a wonderful holiday and healthy New Year!
Mighty great reaction, to one of my new favorite Christmas songs as well. Can't get enough of your smile Gitana, you make my day a whole lot brighter. Many thanks.
super song - super talent - what a great 50's Do-Wop sound reminiscent of their version of "Blue Ain't Your Color" Merry Christmas and keep up the great reactions! RichieC
They really are genuine guys. That's one of the things I love about them. I really like this song. Most of the time, when Tim sings in the upper register, I'm a little disappointed (although he sounds great), because I miss hearing that gorgeous deep bass voice of his. But not this time! And that smile....oh my goodness! LOL.
Hey G - I had too listen to this song a few times to start liking it! The lyrics are really good, I think the tempo was throwing me off at first! After I got past that I really enjoyed it! Love the reaction G! Much love, kindness, & positivity Half Pint & GITANO'S!💙💞💙🎅🤶🎄🕊
Hi gitana and Donavon , great video reaction of home free snow globe. From there new Christmas cd. And my wife Teena and I sent out your Christmas card to you both on Friday the 18th so please let us know you got it ok thanks Bob and Teena steinmiller.
I’m with you Gitana! I love them too and I love all their songs. They just have a knack for making and singing good songs. Loved your reaction. Try What Child Is This - it’s got both Chris Rupp and the new guy Chance in it. It’s really good. Chris had left the group but got together with Home Free to do this song. Keep reacting!
Really enjoy this one by Tim! My favorites are the ones by Austin though Warmest Winter and Cold Hard Cash! Thanks for another great reaction, and Merry Christmas!
Great video, great reaction. New Christmas song on the play list. Another song you may like (not a reaction request, just a song to listen to) is "Glow" by Kelly Clarkson and Chris Stapleton. Thanks again for the video!
Patricia Janečková just uploaded a stunning rendition of White Christmas on her channel. The musicians are wonderful and her voice is absolutely heavenly. Please check it out if you can. Enjoyed this one, their vocal arrangements are always very well done.
I just found your Channel I love this song also. And it would be hard but I think it is one of my favorites. If you have not already check out their cover of My Church. You will love it. It is also one of my strong favorites.
Hey G, have you reacted to Voiceplay? They are another a capella group with another AMAZING bass singer. They’re friends with Home Free and have done a couple ccllabs. But they just dropped their version of You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch in which their bass shows off his 5 octave range. I think you’ll like them - they’re very theatrical also.
A great song for a couple reasons, Rob gets most of the lead which is always great plus Tim again not doing the bass role. If you have time to squeeze a little one in try Geoff Castellucci (Voice Play) anad his version of Mele Kalikimaka!
I would really like to see the two of you reacting to The Righteous Brothers - Unchained Melody (Live, 1965) Seeing as how you are Johnny Cash - Ring of Fire fans. This is from the same era. Enjoy ... Then check out this one - You've Lost That Loving Feeling also done by the Righteous Brothers.
Tim wrote this song. I love this song and the 50's doo-wop vibe.. Tim hitting those high tenor notes, when he's normally the deep bass guy was phenomenal! When Chance took over, I suddenly thought of Cover Me Up when he proposed to Sami. Tim's high range and Adam Rupp. All of it. One of my new favorites
Same here Bernadette ! It's a waltz which in and of itself is just danceable & romantic
Chance did a terrific job holding down the bass line!!
And how about the seamless transition when Tim took over the bass while Chance sang lead?
@@DennisKovacich And then when they switched back again.
Home Free is always a win, totally agree that to this day I have loved all there songs.
I just realized the style during the video. It has the 1950's Do-Wop sound! I love it!
My first exposure to this group and they're really good!! Thanks for introducing me to these guys... loved it!
Welcome to the "Rabbit hole" Richard. They have a huge catalog of music on UA-cam. Enjoy.
Richard explore more of their video library...they're amazing...look for Dive Bar Saints (an original song like this one), When you walk in (another original), Helplessly Hoping (a cover) and I still haven't found what I'm looking for (U2 cover with Peter Hollens)
Tim wrotethis awesome orig.💜💜
Super-bass Tim's high notes! Bass
line switching w/Chance, Rob's +
Austin's rich chorus harmonies,
Adam's crazy beats+the set=🔥💜

Tim's high range on this song is amazing!
I just heard this group the other day....they're called 'Small Town Titans'!!! I guess you can call them Rock 'n' Roll, but you're gonna Flip out when you hear their cover of "You're A Mean One, Mr. Grinch"!!! Very Good Sound!!!
I like all of their songs too, This one was awesome! Home Free is awesome.
This is my favourite song from the album its constantly on repeat
Yep. Tim's lyrics are always unique. He is an amazing talent in all ways.
These guys are so amazing. So few people have reacted to this one, my fiancee told me he dedicated it to me and I love it so much! Truly EXPERT lyricist here !
Hello Gitana cool video 👍👌❤️❤️❤️
Instant classic.
In case you didn't notice, the set was "in a snow globe" (green screen and CGI.)
If you want some simple, goofy, Christmas fun you need to see their cover of "Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer"
Home Free has a terrific "goofy side." Always technically sound, but just a hoot to watch. haha.
Absolutely beautiful wow just wow. Thanks for the review and just being so much fun and being yourself.
Always have liked them since I first heard them on sing off
YES...AWESOME !!! How about Warmest Winter ? Austin wrote it in memory of his Nani! Tim wrote SNOW GLOBE.
The way Tim and Adam Chance trade Bass back lines is so smooth. And once again...Tim wrote a great song...AND listen to that RANGE! 😍😍😍

I love these guys. They never disappoint. It’s hard to believe the same Tim singing lead is their low bass. So versatile...

Thanks for the Home Free reaction!!
I love how you commented they don’t use “recycled lyrics”! So true! I respect Home Free so much for creating their own thing.
Sounds like a great winter proposal song.

Love the song and the reaction. Chance did a fantastic job while Tim was doing the lead.

Great video, great reaction. New Christmas song on the play list. Another song you may like (not a reaction request, just a song to listen to) is "Glow" by Kelly Clarkson and Chris Stapleton. Thanks again for the video!
Nice reaction, thank you! One of my favorites that they did at the same time as "Snow Globe" is "Winter Song". Please check it out!
If you love these lyrics, try their "Woman, Amen/Female". It's not an original, but the message is beautiful.
Patricia Janečková just uploaded a stunning rendition of White Christmas on her channel. The musicians are wonderful and her voice is absolutely heavenly. Please check it out if you can.
Enjoyed this one, their vocal arrangements are always very well done.

I really love their harmony. Still not something I would listen to by choice but is very good and would not turn it off if it was playing
Amazing review as always
Love the review
Awesome!
I loved it as well.
It is going to be hard for them to top this song.
I loved snow globe
My new favorite...
The arrangement almost has a southern gospel feel to it.
🤟
🤘
Heads up! New video live in studio of Angel-ina Jordan's million miles came out yesterday...
You need to give Kenny Rogers Ft. Home Free - Children, Go Where I Send Thee a listen.
A great song for a couple reasons, Rob gets most of the lead which is always great plus Tim again not doing the bass role. If you have time to squeeze a little one in try Geoff Castellucci (Voice Play) anad his version of Mele Kalikimaka!
