The IDW Comics may be much more regulated and monitored by SEGA compared to the former Archie Comics, but they still manage to tell really compelling stories and introduce new great characters. One of my favorite stories being the Scrapnik Island miniseries.
Yeah IDW honestly does a fantastic job in my opinion and has only continued to impress. I really wanted to do a video on Scrapnik Island a while ago but it wasn't finished yet and so I held off. I hope to get to it eventually
The story is the right amount of dark.

I can't say that I am a fan of Sonic and I have no idea how I stumbled into this part of youtube, but I must say I really enjoyed your three-part series. Your delivery is captivating. And it helps that Whisper is an adorable... uh, whatever the hell type of animal she's supposed to be.

It's funny, I'm loving the comics but I couldn't care less about Sonic. I just want Tangle,Whisper, Surge, Kit, Lanolin and the rest of the comic characters. They're the interesting ones.

Tangle and Whisper used to be great but now that their a team with stick in the mud sheep girl, their just not good characters anymore in my opinion. And it's all the writers fault. They just HAD to partner them with the background side characters.
