Visual Blender thank you man , yeah houdini is very powerful software but sadly it takes a long time to be confortable with this software. I am glad you enjoyed the video

Thanks for this tutorial! How to retime the sim ? I have lots of flickering, should I retime after solver on the points ? But it's still flicker a lot. Thanks
you are a good teacher. i dont know your laungage. but i could learn it. thank u. please make screen more visible. script is difficult to read.

Thank you so much. I am from Turkey and the La gauge calls “Turkish”. I stopped doing videos in my language, my latest videos are Englishz you can check them out too. And Yes I need to pay more attention to the size you are right. But I am glad my videos helped you even little bit 👍🏽
@ to solve this problem minimize the screen size a little bit and screen record that area only, or use a small monitor. thank u. wish u get more subsribers and a wonderful year ahead.

Hi, thank you so much for your tutorial! I have been trying to get that organic, uneven effect of growth but all my points are growing evenly, no matter how much I change max distance and max growth on the solver. I followed all the steps but don't know what could have possibly gone wrong. Do you know what could work? Thank you!
Helloo , well normally when you play with those two parameters growth supposed to change because points picking other points by those parameters. Maybe did something wrong? or you can change your scatter method , you can scatter less evenly for example you can cancel relax iteration from scatter node, that would help too. And also if you have very number of points growth can be very evenly , maybe you can try lesser point count too.
Hi great job and i have a question about how to achieve the red color blend with points on the rubber toy in the start of your video ? thank you
If you had that growth color data, add solver sop and go inside add attrib wrangle @Cd.r *= 0.999; this command will make your red color data darker every frame and it will look like that color effect at the beginning of the video
Thank you for tutorial, really easy to adapt. How can I reduce growth timing in solver ? currently I use retime operator for final result but it turns flickering quite a lot. So I think, pull time slow in Solver could work ? It would be great to know how to achieve that.
re-timing would be best way to control the growth. just add timeblend and timeshift. cancel integer frames from time shift and you can give float frame key animation. then you can transfer growth data with copy attrib to animated object back if you need

What if I want to delete the original mesh slowly as the infection grows? Do i need to boolean the infection growth vdb with the original mesh to dissolve? Also I'm curious to know what if my original mesh is low poly. Then how will the boolean will work in real-time. Will that look linearly smooth or it will just snap to the nearest primitives ( as the original mesh is low poly). Your thoughts on this is highly appreciated. Also a huge thanks from India, although i didn't understood your language. 🙂 Take care

Well, there is more than one solution but you should pick the one that works better and faster for your scene. For my scene, I would color transfer with attribtransfer and maybe would give delay couple of frames and you can delete it with VEX by color or again you can delete by delete sop also. Or you can convert your points to vdb and original mesh to vdb too and you can use vdb combine. Before seeing the scene, it's hard to talk about the solution but the main idea is you have your growth data and you can use it the way you want. And huge love to India!

Hello, is it possible to apply UV texture to the sim?
Yeah after you finish meshing , you can create a uv from the last frame and then transfer that uv to your mesh. You should timeshift your last frame and create the uv , then transfer to original animation or copy the uv. That supposed to work
