How do I change settings while in a workout, like connecting to heart rate monitor or displaying heart rate on the bottom bar?

I can't get the video I'm streaming (HULU) to go full screen- it's about a 1/3 of the screen and other episodes listed on the right.

Can’t get past fitness assessment. After completing it still brings me back to the assessment requirement window. How is this a thing?
