Hey good review. This book has always been something of a comfort read to me and is so hilarious for reasons maybe specific to my copy. I have the Yasotaro Mori translation which is no longer in print but it’s just so hilarious a translation. They made a lot of mistakes grammatically and it’s word choice is second to none. I’ve read other translations and they come up alittle stale in comparison, I recommend looking for one of these original versions.

I don't think I've ever hated a protagonist as much as I hated this guy
Why? I kinda liked him he was in his own world and he got dun dirty.
