Kep PS5 is 100% backwards compatible. Probably main differences will be the addition of the 8K car models in-game, multiplayer racing for VR, time changes, and better rain effects. Not exactly changing too much of the experience, but adding reasons to purchase a PS5. Maybe GT7 will release 2021 just as GTS is stopping development.

To be honest! The last intro that made me cry of joy was the gt4 intro! I loved that intro so much at that time that everytime i started my ps2 to play gran tourimo 4 i would always watch the full intro! And not gonna lie! This intro has brought me a both a bit of nostalgia and the love i have for this game! Also the passion i have for racing and gameing! Grantourimo is always and will always be my favourite racing gaming! Its been with me since my child hood all the way until today ne being 21 years old! This game has never let me down! I love this intro, to me this shows the true passion i have with gran tourimo.
This is the best intro to any game of all time, been building a sim setup for a while now and I’ve never had more motivation to finish it, I love racing and the only games I play are highly competitive so seeing this feels great
While I'm going to miss Liszt's Liebestraum no.3, this new intro represents two things, one is the e-sports aspect (which pissed off long time GT fans) and the amount of content the game received thanks to the updates. With that being said I'm proud to see how much this game has evolved thanks to the updates and its gonna continue. As for the intro? Love it and PD just never fails with these intros and this is one of them.
Now this is a cinematic. Encapsulating the growth of this Sport in real life renown with it’s esports coupled with the myriad of updates over its lifespan, along with the ever emotional Moon Over the Castle. So proud to see this series continuing to thrive.
For me it was a dream come true and one of the biggest events in my life. Keep on pushing. I didn't make it to Salzburg (I was too young) so I am not in any of the footage but my dream is to be in a future GT.

after being disappointed by gt7s barebones career, i went back to gt sport, and even though its shutting down and being delisted soon, the career is great and to heart its an excellent game

Without any doubt, the best GT intro i've ever seen in my live! As a GT fan, I'm happy to see how far GT Sport has come since it was released. I haven't played it yet, but once I have saved enough money, I will buy a PS4 and play GT Sport.
The piano intro of the previous version was the best intro to any game ever. So much class and passion! I don't mind them emphasizing esports but they should have kept it only in the second half. The first half of the intro should have been untouched in my opinion.
Back in the day when i was just around 17 i used to be good in this game on Play Station 1 , Grand Turismo 1 and 2 were the top . Now at my 40 watching this brings back memories of another time and era ... It is amazing how much the game evolved since then .

I searched up his name and found his website, and I under his 'Discography' section was the GT Sport soundtrack (4 songs) I figured a lot of people would miss it, so I decided to tell everyone what it was :)
I like the first part, it is epic enough thanks to the reinterpretation of Moon over the Castle, but I was hoping for an epic soundtrack for the second one too.. Miss the epicness of old GT's intros. Anyway, I love this game very much.

Brilliant visuals and graphics, an epic and expanded list of jaw-dropping cars, and some truly stupendous racing action with moves IRL drivers don't attempt because they're too dangerous. This intro is everything I love about GT Sport. Haters gonna hate, but you got nothing but love from me.... Spa, Deep Forest, or some brand new fictional circuit you cooked up, I don't care. Well... I'm not that huge "Gran Turismo" Racing Driver, BUT hey from the 1:39 I thought... why not Gran Turismo makes a jump into the Movie Industry, NO, REALLY... this would be OUTSTANDING! Need For Speed movie wasn't that moving enough in my opinion, BUT that soundtrack that they used here it's heart-touching, through and through emotional... I felt like it was a BIG JUMP into the future... For Me personally that was by far the best, what I have seen, since the "Moon Over The Castle" video! That's truly: ARTISTIC! Respect to this "Opening Movie"!!!
