They never give us enough time for construction traffic and restaurants being late with food.
Very true. There’s a glitch on adjusting the delivery time on your own
@@robertdomines6426 how do you adjust the time on your own I’m interested
if the pickup time is more than 10 mins past the order pickup time, you should be fine. (bad ratings wont be counted due to the restaurant lateness). If you pick up the order at say 9 mins after e.t.p; if you can drop it off within 5 mins past the eta you're fine, if its past that call door dash and let them know the situation and your rating wont be affected. Of course always communicate with you're customer
I just started and the on time rate is 77% but I sat at McDonald's for 15 mins twice.. lol.. due to covid here in TN just drive through are open
My customer rating is 4.94
Acceptance Rate is 28%
Completion Rate is 100%
On Time or Early is 95%
596 Lifetime Deliveries
My acceptance rate is 10%. I dont play around.
I thought a bad acceptance rate would be bad but thanks for info I'm new to this
One thing that has increased my customer service rating is reminding customers don't forget to rate your delivery and saying thank you. People will often only think to rate their delivery if something went wrong but forget to rate their delivery when they are happy with their service. This has increased my customer service rating considerably.
Thats what iv done too however that only reminds the ENTITLED ones to rate you a 1.
It’s not quite right but u are some right
Not a fan of this , you could get ratings because someone doesn't like how you look, your picture , your skin-tone , Ethnic background , Being a Man being A Woman , a previous bad dasher who got deactivated getting revenge who knows the system . The person mindset rating the food from the restaurant as a whole. Anything below a 5 should require the customer to have to post a statement in clear detail why which would help the driver know for the future yup I messed up let me work on that. Also if the customer leaves no rating that trip should be a 5 automatic because if 4 can disqualify you for programs or even deactivation that's not acceptable.
I been doing this for many years and the completion rating is bs. YOU CAN COMPLETE OVER 10 DELIVERIES IN A ROW BUT THE RATING DONT GO UP BUT SOON AS YOU TAKE AN ORDER AND UNASSIGNE DOWN 3 POINTS.
I got a violation for doordash sent me a already late order. I took it. Took 150 delivery to get it removed. Dont believe the 100 deliveries
I had an order once where Subway was out of most of the things the customer ordered. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with the customer getting it all figured out. When I delivered, I apologized. She said, “It’s not your fault”. Then, I relatively certain, she gave me a 1 star rating. My rating dropped. I emailed support and they said they would take it off, but they never did. 😭
It also could be the customer was having a bad day, and you are the only person she can lash out to without paying any “consequences”.
I had 4000 deliveries while driving for Caviar, then they were bought out by DoorDash. Once signed on with DD my Caviar deliveries were transferred, and I went on to make another 1000 deliveries (with DD). I then received a $500 bonus.
I had to cancel a Walmart order because the online orders department closed at 8pm. I received the Door Dash pickup request after that time.
That is why I like Grubhub...no customer rating BS. Seems they kind of take our backs...Doordash doesnt. Food cold, food not made right...we do our job, drop it off and we are good. That is one of the reasons I like Grubhub...never have to explain my deliveries.
Nice information
BIG tip....if bag is not sealed on any way. Bring a stapler and staple the bag! I do not go thru bags anymore with the Covid...just ain't touching their stuff to see if all their stuff is in there. Except for drinks...I wi make sure I got those. But up to restaurant to get the order right! Not us...we are just delivering, that is our role.
as a general rule i would say yes, because some restaurants are responsible for missing items, but for some deliveries, you are, so if you do staple the bag, double or triple check the order before you do, you may be responsible for missing items.
HI, Here at Whidbey Island ,WA some of our customers order from the Naval Base and not all of the drivers have access to the main base etc..and the orders sent from there are not sending any kind of info for us to know that it is an order we can not deliver so we end up having to reasign the order and it hits our percentage and makes us look bad. i have three of them already and supposedly they are looking into the situation but still not fixed. We just have to really pay attention to the map when accepting orders. but your vid is really helpful ty!!
I think I'm a perfect 5.0 because I don't ride with the food in the front with me. It's all always in the back. I sterilize my hands when I arrive at the customers house before handling their food (if they are watching it helps) I also text each customer no matter what the tip Is as soon as I pick up their food and let them know I'm on the way. I always follow their instructions. And I only do DoorDash,to make sure I'm always focused on just that delivery. I make over $24 an hour each day.
I cancel if the restaurant is on a long delay and also if I accepted an order from a chronic non tipper. I remember all of them who don’t tip, especially the ones in the big houses with Tesla’s in the driveway.
Harrisburg Pa
after every Delivery i send my customer an over-friendly/cringey text asking them for a review so i can keep dashing for awesome customers like them ;) LOL yes i word it that way . it works and im at 4.97 from a 4.78 that i had before. sending that text really helped .. and if they leave you a GOOOD tip. THANK THEM AS WELL! THEY WILL LEAVE A REVIEW 😉
I cancel after waiting for a long time..a Popeyes in my area doesn't start the order until you go to the counter and give a name and they are always backed up for 30+ minutes
5.0; completion rate is 85%, cancel for order not ready or merchant starts cooking when I arrive; 91% on time or early; 66 LD so far, started in June. I do not have the new changes app.
⚡️Check out more DoorDash Dasher app updates here: ua-cam.com/video/ukX9HTZKqFg/v-deo.html
Correction: At 15:49 I incorrectly state you can be deactivated for a low On Time/Early percent.
You can be deactivated for extreme lateness (referring to the deliveries themselves not the percent in your ratings). This can be confusing, read the official policy here: help.doordash.com/dashers/s/article/Lateness-Based-Deactivations-Explained?language=en_US
Literally Every time I get to a restaurant and my food isn’t waiting for me to grab I go to the “tell us what’s happening” button and tell them my order is still being prepared. I’m hoping that if I do that enough, DD will extend our expected wait times at some of these slow restaurants and we’ll have more wiggle room when it comes to how much time we have with deliveries.
Same..I also at times text the customer aswell,if I end up waiting more than 8 minutes or so(just to give them a heads up). Its always good to communicate with the customer if there is a hold up or what not, becuz I tend to get bigger tips..
@@sillau9 i believe all that does is let the customer know whats going on, i don't think it does anything for the algorithm, not sure though
I'm knew to dashing and someone rated me a 2 dropping my ratting down to 4.4, but I got 4 5 star rating, so I'm confused 😕
My dash is 49.2 94% at over 200 orders!!!
I'm only 100 deliveries in but on time is 100 %.
Great content Mike. I haven't started dashing yet but learning different tips.
Does DD or other platforms give the drivers an opportunity to rate the restaurants after every order?
I have a 5.0 but it’s red for some reason
AGAIN, thanks for another to the point pragmatic business lesson. It helps me and I'm sure others a lot.
Customer Rating: 4.82
Acceptance rating: 44%
Completion rating: 98%
On time/ Early: 97%
366 total deliveries. Thanks to your channel and Bentley I've stepped my game up and I'm making 650+ a week for 30-35 hrs. Plus I have another 30 hr part time.
Pro Tip. Yesterday I called DD support, due to a 15 minute wait @ merchant, still hadn't been acknowledged by staff. DD offered 5.00 bonus to NOT unassign.
Customer rating is 5.00 but when I look in it , there are no ratings ( only been doing this for 64 deliveries = 6 days )
Your driver rating is the last 100 delivery ratings, not just deliveries. Meaning you take 100 deliveries and only 25 people rate you, it only counts 25. It may take you 200 or more deliveries to get 100 delivery ratings before rating 1 will fall off. Everything else is based on deliveries.
you can't keep every one happy like I pick up the food put it in a hot bag and go straight to customer always handle food with care and still recently managed a 2 star rating
I don’t care we’re your from, what you do❤️. We are all needed in this world❤️. Most important do good! The best job can do❤️. There is bad apples in all professions. What matters is your heart and your doing what you love❤️❤️ A title doesn’t define a person. The heart does❤️
Thanks Rhonda 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Hi Mike, thanks for the video. I’m at a 4.86. 86 5-star and 3 1-star. The 3 poor ratings were from cheap fast food orders, customers that, for the most part, don’t even tip. Entitled assholes. Avoid, decline, these cheap orders and ratings should go up. I’ve learned to be selective cause non-tippers are generally jerks who will have no problem dropping a 1-star on ya
4.88 (dashed 1 week with 62 orders total)
Hey Mike, I just recently starting doing door dash and so far my
Customer rating is 5.00,
Acceptance is at 72 %,
Completion rate is 88 %,
On time or early is 100%,
Lifetime deliveries 8..
so far so good.
Thank you for all your information for new newbies like me.🙂🤚🏽
You’re doing great. I started 3 days ago and already got through 53 lifetime deliveries. Your acceptance and customer rating will go up, just be sure to tell the customer to leave a rating once delivered
Yesterday I got a quadruple stacked order for flowers and they were all going to the same area in the Hill District
If you’re gonna rate poorly then why can’t they at least give you a reason why. Someone left a 2 star review and didn’t even choose the options saying why. It’s should be a required thing
I have 96 5 stars and 4 one stars .. I push to do a great job and I feel like the one stars were people just being ratchet honestly.. I don’t feel like I’ve done anything to deserve a one star.. I don’t feel like I’ve done anything to deserve a rating that low .. and those one stars really drag your score down .. and I’ve done almost 500 deliveries in a month and a half ..
So here's what happened to me today.
I went to drop a customers order off, I see that it's a no-contact delivery. I pull up to the address, and it's a business plaza. 20ish stores. There's no address, building number, store name, or suite for the drop off address, only the address for the entire plaza.
The order says to contact the customer for special drop off instructions. But there's no way to text them. Whatever number they provided is not a cell phone. So I call.
Disconnected.
So I reach out to door dash support. They can't get ahold of the customer either. Support says to mark them as an unavailable customer. But you can't do that - because it's a no-contact, not a normal drop off. So I reach out to support again, they say drop it off like a normal order.
Customer picks up order, rates me 1 star for lack of following directions.
I reach out to support again to get it removed, they said if the algorithm doesn't automatically remove it, then that's it. They can't adjust it.
How fair is that?
I will share with u the right thing and my experience thing just in two words if u any delivery guys will fallow that u will get good results in raiting. The thing is never accept the order which is with out tip these customers will mostly give u bad ratings
instead customers involved the tip with them orders means they understand how we delivery guys doing hard work for them and they will avoid giving bad ratings
so that the key never ever take order with out tip without tip customers will rip u off two ways also not tip and also will give u bad rating for no reason and u will keep thing what u done wrong and u did not do any thing wrong. Free advise thanks guys
Yesterday my average dollars per mile was $2.60. I thought that was unbelieveable! I'm in a small town so most locations are close to the restaurants generally speaking.
I wonder... I typically let the customer know I've arrived at the restaurant & will be heading out as soon as I get their food/items. This is just incase the service is slow. Is this a bad practice?
I would cancel if I can’t find the restaurant and phone doesn’t answer ie food truck. I would cancel if the line is around the block or if it’s not moving. I would cancel if I accepted accidentally.
I cancel when I realize I won't make around 15$ every 30 min haha
I’m a new dasher , I have 165 deliveries , I had 5 ⭐️ and suddenly yesterday it dropped all the way to 4.72 And I am so worried , I usually text that I’m on my way , I don’t understand how it can drop that much that quick ???
ERROR Driver mike lol. there is no "Pay is to low" on there. Just "Order is too small"/ FYI Thanks for the video! :)
They should get the message. It's not like we care how big the actaul order size is. I've had small things like a mcflurry and got 8$ with the drop off less than 2 miles
I got the big doordash bag , my rating went from 4.5 to 4.8 in a month
I don't have a customer rating yet. I have only been driving for 3 days. I have been accepting everything just to get the experience and knowledge and to feel more comfortable with everything. I have yet to dash during dinner on the weekends. I should really do that. I did go out one evening this last week and dashed for about an hour just to get started and activate my account.
Hi Stacy, DD has a grace period with ratings so you'll be fine as you get some orders under your belt. Shouldn't have any problems maintaining the minimum 4.2 rating, most drivers average 4.8-4.9+
Still don't have the new ratings update.
I have a 5.0 customer rating with 497 lifetime deliveries, 30% acceptance. ;)
That’s great I have 265 lifetime deliveries 4.85 customer rating and 30 acceptance be safe out there dasher
30% acceptance be careful. So far I got 5 star rating.. anything below that telling me I did something wrong
Prove it!
I've only canceled 3 times, 1- I locked my keys in my car (now on a lanyard connected to my belt) 2-new years eve, outside pickup only, staff not communicating on wait times or with anybody, customers waiting 1h+ outside. 3- 12 drivers waiting on orders, min 40min wait
I kid you not,my driver rating hasn't moved from 5.0 and I have over 100 deliveries.
you're base rating is 5.0 it changes according to customer ratings, and from my experience only about 10% of customers rate you, so on you're 100 you only have about 10 ppl who have rated you most likely 5.0. Only a slight percentage actually rate accurately so either give a 1 rating if they are d!cks or 5 because they want to support you, 2-3-4 I would say tend to be ppl who are actually rating. that is my experience anyways.
The pay is too low?
I have order is too small.
They don't pay any attention to what you click.
If you choose ... I don't want to go to this store... They send you that same order numerous times.
'Order is too low' yes, couldn't remember the exact verbiage. Agree the decline options can still send small orders or orders from the same location but I still choose the corresponding reason.
@@YourDriverMike “the order is too smal”
A Doordash rep said the on time rating is not correct on our app because it goes by estimated times we are given. If the restaurant is running late or traffic is high the time given to the customer is updated but not the delivery time in our app. Therefore it may look like you are late when you are not. That info is not updated in our app. So if you take a lot of stacked orders your app will show a lower on time rating, but DD knows you were on time. He said it's just a rough estimate and DD knows your actual on time rating.
I also got a bad rating from Popeyes waiting too long but still 4.93 percent.
Customer Rating: 4.87
Acceptance Rate: 1%
Completion Rate: 94%
On-Time Delivery: 97%
Lifetime Delivery: 1012
My customer rating is 4.2
Thanks for watching 👊🏻
AR 1% ? That’s impressive 😂😂
You make good money, smart you don’t take any low orders that’s why the AR is 1% he knows he can’t be deactivated
@@YourDriverMike did this change on iPhone yet?
Hello, I’m new to DoorDash (1 week) and to your channel (very informative btw) - does ignoring an order fall into the same category as declining an order?
Also, I know we’re not rated until 100 orders are met, but- why is my rating at 5.0 in RED?
Great content. Thank you!
I wish someone would create an app to filter out bad offers that we could set the criteria.
Why does door dash not ask a customer why they rated you a 1? This should be a requirement!!!!!!!!!!! Instead, just like Uber and Lyft they hide who gave you a 1 and tell you on the phone that its none of your business who gave you a 1. Why is that? The whole idea should revolve around know why otherwise you cant improve and may continue to fall victim to your own mistakes.
4.87 Customer rating, 8% Acceptance rate, 92% Completion rate, 93% On time or early, 836 Lifetime deliveries.
Nice reminder to be the best dasher possible for those moments you need to cancel an order and allow a cushion for those one off situations. Definitely being smart about your orders and past experiences help drive consistent payouts.
Cancellations are a tool and can be used to get you moving with another order faster
I’m a 98 delivery newbie. My dasher rating went from 5.0 to 4.83 today! I was devastated!! 🤬 Some friggin Karen gave me 3 stars.
That sucks. I got a 1 star because I refused to pick up some weed papers for some goofy girl. I called DD and they removed the rating, tho.
So declined order a count as completion rate?
still not able to get access to the detailed breakdown of my Ratings on my app!!!!!
People alway tell me im fast. Well not exactly. They come to the door and apologize because they think I've been waiting and will say something like "im sorry didn't expect you you're here really early" or "you were much faster then the estimated time"
Yeah.. I JUST updated the DoorDash driver app again to make sure after watching this video (I just had an update yesterday) & I still do not have the breakdown of customer ratings feature on my app :/ I am in Edison NJ marketplace. It’s probably cuz it is brand new & still in like beta mode, but hopefully we will all get it soon!!!
Hi Kim, yes DD usually rolls out features slowly across markets so be on the look out!
Every day!
The Completion rate actually does work based on the last 100 completed deliveries.
4.93
4.96
I feel like many people who use the app are ignorant to how the app rates you. So many people will 3-4 you just because there needs to be room for the "best". ^That one new york guy who rates Pizza.
4.8
Never had anything other than a 5.0; When you take your photo of the food on non-contact deliveries, include your hot/cold bag in the shot. Just short of 20% of my customers give me five stars. I don’t think that’s a coincidence.
Love that tip 🏦
I canceled an order when I was given a Walmart order to pick up 10 bmx bikes! Not possible in my Corolla! And Walmart frequently does stacked orders of 3 or more.
Dang what they think you driving a bus 🤦🏽 now how is 10 bikes going to fit
@@martinhall3315 they ended up sending about 7 other drivers to pick them up.
Dennis Lavoie wow
hope you didnt split the delivery payout HAH like 0.30$ a driver
My rating drop to 4.68 from 4.84. My frustrating part with door dash that the costumer have too much freedom. I am a very friendly driver. I call every costumer at least when I am 5 minutes away from there house work etc. When the food is running behind by I send the diner a sms yet my rating had dropped from 4.84 to 4.68 this is very frustrating that we as dasher we cannot prevent the costumer from rate you low.
It goes but the past 100 rating not delviers. I was at a 4.85 forever and recently notice it went 4.81 this week. seem like no matter what I do people are to lazy to rate and when they do its negative
4.97 Average Customer Rating
72% Acceptance Rate
99% Completion Rate
93% On time or early
1876 Total Lifetime Deliveries
I usually try to get my acceptance rate over 80% so that I get all green checks. Not really seeing any benefits of it other than being able to dash when it's not busy but I'm hoping DD steps it up and starts offering drivers bonuses or bonus goals based on customer satisfaction etc.
my new ratings dashboard is GONE????
The time given is more than adequate for any delivery that is 3+ miles from the restaurant. It is the close deliveries where you are in danger of being late. They should incorporate a minimum delivery time and add miles from there instead of straight miles.
the ontime or early is a little frustrating cause sometimes we pick up orders that someone else or many others have not, so the time to the restaurant is already past, not sure if we get "dinged" so to speak for that. I had an order recently that the employees were just talking about how long the order was there and looks like maybe there was a person that originally had the order and gave it up. I hope that that doesn't affect me. oh also the 4.86 is the customer rating that I posted.
looks like you answered my question after I added this lol.
This is what I hate about Doordash, I really do not like the rating system at all! I love Ubers and Postmates rating system, a simple thumbs up and thumbs down. I get very paranoid when I see numbers and such, I have caught myself speeding to get to a customer with Doordash while with the other two I'm much more relaxed. Even with declining orders, I hate seeing that percentage number I'm OCD about keeping my numbers high even if I know I don't have to with that. The other two I willingly decline without a second thought because they don't throw an acceptance number in your face. If it doesn't matter than get rid of it!
5
I am new to dashing. I had had a perfect rating of 5 for my first week and a half. Today, someone gave me two stars for being late, but there was heavy traffic and I had related that to the customer via text message en route. She gave me 2 stars anyway, and my 5 went all the way down to 4.77 seems a bit extreme and unfair. Is there any recourse for a situation like that? Just curious.
Have you ever seen your rating go down even though you didn’t get any sub five reviews in the interim? I got 3 5 star reviews one day (no other reviews) and my average rating somehow dropped a tenth of a point.
My completion rate got down to 86%. Because I had a stacked order and the restaurant had a massive argument between the customers: so I had to cancel both of the orders.
My only cross with DD is when you cancel one order from a stack for a legitimate reason your rating should not be lowered for all of them. Just lower it once 🤷🏻♂️
My Acceptance Rate is 25 percent due to the Walmart Bombing.
I hate Walmart after wasting miles still no tip.
If you think Walmart is bad try Petco and Macy’s
Acceptance rating doesn't matter
I feel you, they hit me with 5 in a row, turned off the app for 15 min, then hit me with 3 more. AR took a blow, walmart need their own drivers
@@robertrobert9992 carried 30lb cat litter and 50lb pack of cat food before to an apartment. Person was handicapped so I wasnt mad but not even a dollar tip. That was my first week. Definitely never accepted order from Petco again.
Not everybody rates...so it takes forever for it to move.
It’s weird because every time I order they ask me my last experience
Yup. I read an article a while back that said that only around 30% of customers actually rate their driver. That means that on average it will take you 300 deliveries to get 100 ratings.
Great point, I'm assuming DD considers actual delivery count and not TIME as far as ratings change. i.e. if you need to improve they'll give you 50 rated deliveries let's say vs giving you one month to improve. Just an assumption
@@YourDriverMike Maybe, but I thinks it's more likely that once you hit that 4.2 customer rating, one more less than 5 star rating could be your last.
My dispatcher doesn't give me enough time to get to the pickups or deliveries on time. So it appears that I am late all of the time but actually the trips aren't being dispatched correctly or safely. So what can I do about this?
broward, florida!
Screw them the coustmer expects us too jump for 4 bucks
My customer rating is 5.00 but its red and it makes me feel bad. Can someone please explain this??? Is it because i’m new and only have done 36 deliveries???
My new ratings dashboard disappeared
Got my first 1 start have a feeling it was from a Walmart order that they didn’t have so I unaccepted the order instead of dealing with customer service again!
I avoid the following establishments, Walmart, Smiths, All other grocery stores, Chipotle, Pizza places and if i could ALL APTS. Why, because they places are time wasters period!! I learnt my lesson when i picked up a $7 order at Alberstons where they ordered 10 cases of water. When i arrived they had me LUG all that water in from the street while they hid in the house. They did not offer to help, NOTHING! Why were they hiding in the house? There were 5 cars in the driveway so there must have been 5 in the house or more. Once i closed out the app there was 0 Tips. Now you know why they were hiding.
All this ratings its stupid we just delivering food i dont know why costumer give us bad rating if we doing our job right if the have a problem with the order should get mad at the restaurant not the driver if the bags is closed what is missing
Anyone's dash app except orders you didn't press accept for, pause, or end dash? Happens a lot to me for some reason. Dash app freezes a lot or takes a bit to confirm dropoff/pickup?
Also dasher support is funny. Most of the time everything is smooth with the agents. But, I love when you explain the situation and have all the info they ask for after you told them the situation in depth by text... 😂 Be nice to also slide to accept an order instead of the lightest tap anywhere on the screen to accept.

I’m really friendly and go out and beyond with the customers year I have a 4.86 rating already 😫
You get better and adapt to what is too much and what is too little for your area. I rarely communicate (for hand delivery only) I just focus on getting them their food quickly, they appreciate that. Cancel and do not wait more than 6-9 min, those orders can affect your rating. Be more selective on orders and devise your own system based on what you know and stick to it.
@@jimmyfabian5743 be selective? Ye you can only be so selective till your acceptance rating dropped into the teens. Then what are you going to do, accept a $2.50 order going 10 miles? LOL maybe you should communicate more then just with a few.
I dont have an option that says pay is too low in my market. I have order is too small but thats the closest thing to pay is too low for me.
It doesn’t say. You have to do the math
Exactly mile.
Order size has nothing to do with the pay amount.
@@Livingmydreammm I know u have to figure the miles to pay ratio. What meant was that if that pay is too low for the miles i would have to drive it doesnt give me the option after i decline to click "pay is too low" for the reason why i declined.
@@24mbronc I got ya. I just click distance is to far😊
@@24mbronc it says: this is order is too small
My on time rating is in the 70's with a red warning triangle. None of my lateness has anything to do with me. I hustle. It is all related to delays at the pickups, difficult customers playing games and changing a hand to customer to a no contact without doing it in the app causing me to do the 5 minute wait at the delivery all while I watch them watch me through their window blinds. Not sure if they are trying to get me to leave the food early without following the process and getting a photo so they can claim non receipt of food.or what.
Thanks for sharing Jeff, be watchful of the on time/early percent as you can get deactivated for that although DD hasn't given us a threshold on it exactly.
@@YourDriverMike Thanks. Yes I keep an eye in it but everything related to on time delivery is out of my control and there seems to be no way to dispute or cause DD to take these issues into consideration. My customer rating is 4.88 and completion rate is 100%. Acceptance is 80%. Hopefully that smooths out the overall performance.
I canceled last night because I accidently locked my keys in my car and I decided to end my dash. Good thing I had no orders to deliver.
On the late deliveries, I have a theory, which I have not been able to prove yet.
They drop off not based on the last 100 deliveries which were not your fault,
but rather based on the last 100 deliveries that are on time whether your fault or the restaurant's.
So, if you have a huge delay at the restaurant, even though you will not get hit with a late delivery, it also will not count towards the 100 on time deliveries.

The customer rating is NOT based on the last 100 deliveries. It is based on the last 100 ACTUAL CYSTOMER RATINGS.
Correct, the last 100 eligible deliveries aka rated deliveries
