When people ask me if The Last Jedi was a good movie, I say yes, because I refer to your film.
"Are you and father going to die?"......."yeah" worst parenting ever! lol
and the smile!!! :S
telling the truth does not equal BAD PARENTING. libtard fuck.
"Trump supporters strike back" lol
Holypikemanz It's not what she said, but how she said it. All nonchalant and in a kidding manner.
The kid didn't really seem to mind his parents were going to die..."If you're seeing this, then your mother and I are dead." It's okay dad, it doesn't bother him.
how does it feel to have Lucasfilm steal from you
Actually, the similarity between the beginning of this and Rogue One stood out more to us.
The title is the same as the next star wars movie xD
the bad guy's voice sounds exactly like the one Ben Mendelson uses in Rogue One. You should sue.
After learning that "The Force Awakens" and "The Last Jedi" were titles stolen from Fan films, I'm pretty sure Episode IX will be called "Unity of the Force".
illwill1991 You mean Disney
Kid: "Are you and father going to die?"
Mom: "Yeah, that seems likely. Ain't no big deal."
WTF XD
+seandeaon You got it. The logical conclusion, if you believe that death makes you more powerful, like the Jedi do, is to not fear death.
+Apsis Motion Pictures It's one thing to not fear death. But I'm pretty sure there is a better way to brake it to your child than with a smile and a "I don't even care" attitude. I'm sure even a Jedi would have regrets about dying and leaving their young child alone in a universe that wants him dead. It just makes the scene feel really fake, awkward and laughable.
+Apsis Motion Pictures she seemed pretty scared when she actually did die.
+Apsis Motion Pictures yeh but I don't think they took it that lightly. Damn. Just look at the films for example. .
+Boldfacedbroom3
The fear of death and the fear of dying are very different. The former is a philosophical fear, the latter, primal self-preservation.
wait, his mom just admitted that she and his dad are likely to die, and he's not the least bit perturbed by it?!
Wtf? "Are you and father going to die?" "Yup we sure are!"
Yeah, crazy. Almost like they felt spiritual life was more important than physical death.
Who cares? That's not something you tell a 7 year old no matter how much of a crazy ass space crusader you are.
kwloy People who like Star Wars. Watch the fight between Obi Wan and Darth Vader. Obi Wan smiles and allows Vader to kill him. This is a core theme of the franchise.
But Obi-Wan isn't happy about it. He does so for a greater purpose, but he didn't do it with joy. He was neither seeking death nor in fear of it. He simply accepted it.
Apsis Motion Pictures OBi Wan Knew he couldn't beat Darth Vader at that point. He needed to make sure that Luke got off the death Star. Once he saw that Luke had made it back to the ship. That's when he smiled and put up his Saber. He also knew his spirit would not died and that he could still communicate with the living.
Came here for all the Episode 8 memes.
their are none
When you realize Episode 8 has the same title...
That was pretty nicely done. I'll be watching for the rest.
Ep VIII is called the last jedi!!
This is great ready for Part2
TS still rocking that look
Better than I was expecting, gives hope for an Episode Eight remake! Crowd produced...?
good fan film... original effects,.. look forward to more of it
The kid should not have been happy at his age he would have a good understanding of what's going on and would be depressed other than that great film amazing visual effects good job
love it. very nice concept
great fan film...hope you m ake part ii
awesome too excited to see with duel lightsaber (Darth maul)..
LOL This was called The Last Jedi in 2014!!
this is really good fan film I'm working on a Star Wars fan film as well do you think you could tell me what editing software you used for the light savers and for the CGI spaceship
+Logan Heringes If you're just getting started, you should get a trial copy of Adobe Creative Cloud: www.adobe.com/creativecloud.html and then do as many tutorials as you can at www.videocopilot.net/tutorials/ and then see what you want to do after the 30 day trial is up.
Thanks so much
This was pretty good, to be honest
WOW, I just noticed, the woman fighting is using shi-cho form I, lololololol
I'm glad not eveybody had forgotten about the seven lightsaber combat styles and techniques.
1:14 lol What kind of question is that, kid? And her response...bad mom - that's not how you parent. You seem all too eager to let your kid know he's gonna be an orphan soon.
On your planet its an S on mine it stands for hope. :)
This was pretty good but the light saber fight didn't feel fats paced enough, maybe using a few more shots would sell it a bit more?
not bad, I found it pretty cool
+BigTimeAndy Glad you thought it was pretty cool. Be sure to check out parts 2 and 3.
there's is already a last jedi coming out. This is not really that good but I will give it a like. And I like the part when he says... if you are seeing this then we are dead. lollolol
little too much superman back story here lol
The mom is so mean
if you had copyrighted the name, star wars would have had to pay a fortune to name their movie the last jedi!
No, because they own the word jedi m8
It's such a shame. I remember watching this a long time ago, and to know that it's originality has been stolen pisses me off! Force Awaken's title was stolen from fan film, and now so is this! Idk about anyone else, but the morons running the naming department need a smack in the face and some enlightening on how to brainstorm something original instead of stuffing their crappy movies with Lucas and fans' sloppy seconds!
I don't think this would be anything like episode 8
so how long until disney forces there down
lol when you realize they used a fan films title
The Brightest is a little much
Can I ask a few questions.
Shoot.
Definitely a better story line that that garbage film from Disney in theaters right now.
Yeah you lost me when the girl started talking to the kid.
Did he say the Khazons? So the Khazons from Star Trek were allies to the jedi? xD
+MultiBigJC KaTHons
That girl looks like Jaina Solo
+Alex Star You really think so? I always thought the cover of Trouble on Cloud City was the quintessential vision of her; but I guess it's all academic since she doesn't exist anymore.
+Apsis Motion Pictures She does in my universe. I'm not in the mouses universe.
+Alex Star We are like one spirit.
cheessy
wtf are these dialouges...
you should have assumed the name
That was disappointed the effect are terrible the main characters were not good they had no good emotional feelings on them and no character to them but the best characters was the villains they were fine and I know this is just a fan films but I like fan films but this one was not the best I think the Darth Maul one was better.
Shame the acting is awful.
00
At first, it looked great. Then that "Oh, you are gonna die mom. Whatever, I don't care" thing came.
Just as believable as Luke trying to kill Ben in a sleep after suspecting him of turning to the Dark Side.
Sorry guys, you failed.
You are Predicted the new Star Wars 8 title! Star Wars: The Last Jedi
Mom sure had a positive outlook on getting killed
why wouldn't She? The mom just wanted to get away from this cruel thing we call life
omg and the new movie is called the last jedi XD
Did you get the dude from The Mummy to play that Sith?
Death is only the begining give a like😎🖒🖒
Nice :)
Obligatory joke.
This script isn't worth the paper it was written on.
Look at my NEPHEW!!!!!
When 90% of the comments have absolutely nothing to do with this video and instead dwell on the fact that Episode VIII has the same title.
Well, now we know that The Last Jedi was a good movie. And I mean this exact film.
Rogue One vibes here.
This came out a couple years before.
A little too close to the Superman story line, I think.
