the song was written by OGIE for Regine’s Movie in 2004 during the time he is developing feelings for her. And actually the lyrics is precisely a secret love letter for her!

Its Regine's original s9ng, i believe her husband wrote that song for her.

this is one of the reason why the singing level of filipinos differs from the rest of the world, its bc filipinos have artists and music that stayed like it is; OPM is not just about being A VIBE or A TUNE, its quality is still at the mariah carey, whitney level houston level ... and filipino kids grows up listening to the songs of regine, jaya, sarah g., eric santos, jay-r, garry v, martin niebera, aegis, asin, imelda poppin, TOM JONES(he is like the most iconic singer of 70s, almost his songs are like anthem for every filipinos, everyone knows it) etc etc all of those great artists and their magnificent pieces.
