Much thanks to both Jeff and Lou ! I really enjoyed this 'special treat' of a Cuda. Unbelievable engineering/craftsmanship here, you should be extremely proud for the Schwartz Performance Team.

Did he say it was going to India ??? They converted it to right hand drive ???? INSANE.....I wish I could drive this car. Great video Lou.
Yep. Appreciate the kind words on the video Mike :-)
I'm seriously considering buying a project 69' Roadrunner and doing the Schwartz Performance chassis swap too it! Thanks for posting this and reminding us of his amazing work!
Hi PlumCrazy_ TrackPak, If you do a project with Jeff, let him know I said hi, and please share you saw this video with him. You're welcome, Lou
Wonderful engineering and craftsmanship. I won't even speculate how much the right hand drive conversion added to the overall price. The British wrecked the world with right hand drive.
Hi Johnnyc drums, Glad you like the engineering and craftsmanship :-) Hope you see many more cars on the Channel you'll enjoy, Lou
Rubbish. You are actually wrecking the world with all your "Waffle".
That car would be fun on the Autobahn!Usually don't care for radically done restomods but man that one is very well built!I still feel lucky that I have my restored 73 viper silver Cuda.Owned her since 93,she is my psychiatrist on the weekends when the weather is nice haha!People stare like they have just seen a ufo when I drive by haha.
Happy to read you enjoy the build on this car :-)
So rare!!, An american muscle car with the wheel in the right side! This car is fantastic!!

Hi Mr. Chandler, Hope you get your 1973 Nova done by him too. Thank you for viewing and sharing. Hope you see many more cars on the Channel you'll enjoy, Lou
American cars are the most beautiful cars ever built and the cuda is the best of them all
Hi paul1x1
, High praise for the design of the Cuda :-) Thank you for viewing and sharing, Lou
Hey Lou!
I tell ya, if it ain’t a pristine survivor, I’ll take a resto-mod! I don’t need anything this extreme re: hp, but this is a very good looking car. I can only imagine the performance!
Peace
Hey Cherry Picker Guitars! When are car is restored and modified like this, it's pretty sweet :-) Peace, Lou
hellfire,Lou,what a car.i don't normally like "resto-mods" but this.& 805bhp!

If it weren't for the wheels, the body, the motor, and the interior of this car, it would be really nice. But seriously, I'd really have to work hard to find something not to like about this car. Helluva a car.
Hi Cincy Spin, Happy to read you appreciate this car :-) Thank you for viewing and sharing. Hope you Subscribe, and hit the "bell" so you can see all the cars when they are uploaded on this UA-cam Channel, Lou

“May the Schwartz be with you”
:-)
Hermoso Cuda! Es un auto de ensueño
Thank you for viewing & sharing.
I don't mind restomod I think this is great, it did give work to Americans for a while. Perhaps the best thing about that car it's the interior. I hope people at Dodge & Chrysler will be inspired by the dash, the instruments that looked analog and their disposition in the cockpit, this will be my dreamed 2018 dodge challenger ! :)
Hi gerard cousineau, Glad you like the interior on this one :-) Thank you for viewing and sharing. Hope you receive your dream car soon, Lou
:D
Wow! what a great looking and sounding car.
If it is ok to ask, What did this cars restomod cost?
Was it sold to the person in India or was it sent to be moded and then shipped back?
HI PiratePete66, Not sure on the cost. Sent to be moded and sent back as I understand. Glad to receive a "Wow!" from you :-) Lou
Thanks for responding to my comment question Lou, something tells me it was very expensive either way...lol
I have a 340 Duster (my first car) I may modify it when I restore it... Right now its parked in my garage, its been there since 1990. I had it on the road in 1986 - 87. Back then I spent around 3 grand on the engine rebuild which I did myself. Now a days that would be around 10 grand or more...
I just found your channel yesterday, I'll have to see if you have any Duster vids... :D
Not a mention of cost, but I guess if you have to ask... How many rupees? All of them!
Never thought about gas & cost of the dollar conversion rate. Interesting.
wao my Fav. the Cuda.
You have GREAT taste :-)
Roberto Acabeo what do you own
805 H.P. of bad ass.....
Just the way we like it :-)
i spent 6 months in INDIA.. where would you ever drive this car there? the wheels/fenders will be covered in cowshit
Best to cover those rims in cowshit; they'd blend right in. Just horrible looking things.

Muito moderno, mas ficou top do mesmo jeito👏😎
Happy to read / see you enjoy this car :-)
I enjoyed the video and beautiful car. Do you know what size the wheels and tires are?
Hi Douglas Myers, Glad you enjoyed this one :-) Not sure the size, however I'll forward your e-mail to Jeff to see if I can find you an answer, Lou
Hi Douglas Myers, Here is Jeff's answer "Rear tire is 345/30x19 Michelin Pilot on 19x12" wide
Front is 265/40x19 I think on 19x9 wheel", Lou
thank you very much Lou. they look awesome.
Jeff isn't really one for going into detail when talking about something, is he?
Hi Joe R, I think he shares the cars and what they can do ok with me? Lou
Going to India That car won't last long those Idiots will tear it up never to be seen or heard of again,Keep American muscle in America
i agree unless it sits in a garage it will look like a tijuana taxi in no time

Dream car! right up to the point the door was opened. Right hand drive? Ok, I could live with that, but the color of the interior is so wrong it hurt my eyes and I had to skip to the hood pop, and I was instantly in heaven again.
Hi Ed, Sooo close. Clearly this one is not for you :-( Hope you see many more cars on this UA-cam Channel you'll enjoy :-) Lou
In other words, this car is in no way a 1970 Cuda.
Hi Kennedy McGovern, Of course I love original cars, or love restored back to factory specs too. However here is my question for you. Do you like it? Lou
Of course I like it, Lou. Right out of the gate, it has the very 392 Apache that I have sitting in my garage. What's not to like?
It just, in my humble opinion, needs it's own name, is all. LOL, but hell...I am still making payments on the regular 392 that I have...so I am nt your target market. So my humble opinion doesn't account for much.
Hi Kennedy McGovern, I'm interested in peoples opinion on the car, and your opinion is what counts. Ok, you explained (thank you) why this one is not for you. Hope you see many cars on the Channel you do enjoy, Lou
6 figure price tag ? Or 7 figures ?
Not sure.
That's snot rod from "Cars"
You're right :-)
This isn't a skyline for you to put the wheel on the right!! Why modernize the car!? A start button just made me lose it! But anyway it's your car I respect that!
Hi WooferJr, Clearly this one is not for you :-( Hope you see MANY more cars on this UA-cam Channel you'll enjoy, Lou
L'opus to me like je could use a better welder To self those frames up!!! Thats brutal!

Wow. Nice fabrication work until I saw the welding on the frame. Ouch
:-0
Only one thing i can say . . . GAME OVER ! OMFG . . . porn car
Instant acceleration, did you see the "ride" video? Just in case you did not, enjoy! Lou ua-cam.com/video/zjdGcI5HGnY/v-deo.html
OHH , thank you very much the king Lou ! apreciate it
Sorry, but you screw women in a car like that and keep their panties, lol.
What is the miles on that car. Awesome
Hi Matt, It's a brand new motor, so the motor's new. The chassis is new too which is what they create so it's like a new car with an older body in it. Hope that helps answer your question, Lou
Yes, It helped. The car is basically new. It's as if it was purchased in 1970, just assembled with modern day (2000's) equipment. WOW
You're correct. It's has a 1970 Muscle car look with upgrades for strengthening the frame, more horse power from the motor, & a better suspention & handleing for easier driveability. You said it best - WOW, Lou
Lol, yes
Did you also see the "ride" video on this one? Enjoy, Lou ua-cam.com/video/zjdGcI5HGnY/v-deo.html
Would have like to seen side exit exhaust.
Like the AAR.
skipped through video pretty fast because there was no real car action showing off the power
HI Brent Haas, Was this what you were looking for? Enjoy, Lou ua-cam.com/video/zjdGcI5HGnY/v-deo.html
Great work bet it was a bitch making it with the steering wheel on the wrong side!
Jeff shared that was time consuming switching the steering over, so you are correct. Thank you for viewing and sharing, Lou
OMG ! You put the steering wheel on the wrong side !!!
:-0
Nope.
Hi Bradley Furer, I'm thinking "Nope." means this one is not for you. Thank you for viewing and sharing. Hope you see some cars on the Channel you'll enjoy, Lou
Neat car but I do think you ran out of talent when the 65 Corvette gauges were installed. Did you just have an extra set from Dakota laying around? The sensors have to go too. Adds nothing but ugly.
I know how hard putting a car like this is and I very much appreciate the effort but it's way too Chevied up for me. Why not just put the LS in it?
74360CUDA he didn't want to
The car was built to order. AND it took 2 years. WAKE UP!
Hi 74360CUDA, Thank you for viewing and sharing your thoughts. Hope you see many more cars on this UA-cam Channel you enjoy. Please subscribe, and hit the "bell" so you can see all the cars when they are uploaded on this UA-cam Channel, Lou
@@loucostabile Hi, sorry. I must have been in a bad mood when I wrote that.
Dont confuse these wheels with the cheap ones.. these are super expensive wheels
Thank you for viewing and sharing your thoughts.
They ruined that car...
Hi Thirdgen83, Clearly this one is not for you. Thank you for viewing and sharing. Hopefully you'll see many more cars on the Channel you'll enjoy, Lou
$200,000 invested ???...or more!
Nice :-)
Oh no steering wheel on the wrong side ruins the car and the inside looks like a new car . He was might as well go ahead and get a new car on the outside then . Half the old car experience is gone .

Parking sensors and backup camera it's not a freaking Volvo its an American-made muscle car
Hi Jeff Phillips, This 1970 Cuda has extra goodies. Here is the ride video so you'll know it's not a Volvo, enjoy, Lou ua-cam.com/video/zjdGcI5HGnY/v-deo.html
can somebody please tell me what the hell is a porn car? that car is straight up bad ass and that's all that needs to be said.
Hi Robert Jewell, Car porn car = Get's you all excited Bad ass car = Get's you all excited Cool car = Gets you all excited Awesome car = Gets you all excited Hope that helps :-) Lou

Fugly wheels. Man
Hi Aljaž Žižek, Clearly these wheels are not for you :-( Hope you see many more cars on this UA-cam Channel you'll enjoy :-) Lou
hidious..!
You're kidding again. Correct?
No, that interior is hidious, like checkered pants and a striped shirt..
A car like that should be 100% factory, engine included..
With 800+ cars on this Channel, why don't you comment on the ones you like? Let's work on the glass being 1/2 full, Lou
Lol, why should it be 100% factory? Why not improve the bad things about it?
Lou Costabile
It isn't even a restomod, look at the wheels.
There absolutely ruined that car when they stuck that new engine in there
:-0
The interior is ugly....
Hi Pablo Aloy, Thank you for viewing and sharing your thoughts. Lou
