Another group of great fishing hacks. I couldn't tell if the hooks you used to create the rod storage were coated. if not it would be easy to dip them in plasti-dip to help protect the rod blanks
Great video Jerry. I use those little file folders as a bait wallet too, but I use them with my rigged jig heads and bodies. I don't use them for the ZMan soft plastics though, because I think those might melt and ruin the folder and the bait. I mainly use it for rigged up Fin-S Minnows that I have rigged up on an Ultra Head minnow jig head, for walleye fishing. The spinner box is a pretty cool idea too, I am going to have to try that out. I use those little zip ties to basically do the same thing, but I usually add them to my spinners and skirted jigs over top of the rubber band part, so that it makes the skirts stay on longer, and that way you don't have to worry about the band rotting out or breaking. I do something similar with the line nippers, but I just remove the plastic part and add a small key ring to it, I like your idea though, because it allows the handle for the nippers to lay flatter than with the ring. That rack is a great idea for drying off baits/lures after you are done using them. I am going to set something up like that for my fishing cart, that way I don't have to leave them laying around to dry and have to worry about forgetting about them or getting them hooked on other things. I try to watch all your videos and I have utilized many of the items and ideas you have shown in them, so thank you for making and posting the videos. :)
Mate I just love your hacks you are very inventive with your projects. We don't have 'The Dollar Tree' here down under much is the pitty but we have similar franchises that keep the Chinese economy ticking over so they carry similar items. Just out of interest did you come from an engineering/mechanical working background?

Dipping would be a great idea, thanks!
On those hooks for your rods you could get some shrink wrap and that way your rods wouldn't get mared up , just a suggestion
Really good idea. Thanks for watching.
