Nice video....Well planned floor plan. Is this by the Six Flags or the other side of Santa Clarita? I wish there are houses which are acre apart soon in Santa Clarita. We are NOT used to small subdivision lot. We just sold one of our properties there and will be looking to add another one soon.

Santa Clarita needs to stop with all the new construction. Traffic is getting worse every year. Don't move here people. It sucks.
Totally agree. Been living here going on 10 years now and our current road infrastructure is so irritating but all the city is worried about is bringing more people in.
