Well, the house is gorgeous! I'm speechless, this place is an absolute gem. From the moment you opened the door, I knew that it's my place. The entrance very homely yet elegant. The room itself was dreamy; beautiful clean design bathroom! I love it! This house is wonderful and it will make me welcoming each day.
I am really impressed with the double stair cases, the master bedroom suite, pool area. You are a very knowledgeable and entertaining realtor. I will come buy as soon as my money comes in to me.
Designers are worth their weight in gold -- such creativity and having an unlimited budget always helps too. In the model home, I loved the kitchen backsplash. In the actual real life this-is-what-you-get house, I liked the stone used in the waterfall kitchen island, the stone in the master bath shower and the Tom Sawyer fence in the backyard.
Beautiful! I especially love the dual wrap around pools. And I really do like the undecorated home. Great idea showing both fully decorated and base models. As you did the second walk through I was designing how I would have it look for me and my family. Love it!

These are the same floor plans Toll Brother’s are doing in my area in Rocklin, CA (North of Sacramento). But, they start at about 875k here in a gated community of rolling hills. As they say location, location, location.
I liked both homes. I liked the decorated home more just because it was decorated I have a hard time imagining what something will look like with furnishings. Really like the way you give the tours.
Just keep doing what you do....your channel is great and I have picked up plenty of ideas and furnishing over the years....I wish that home was mine and I wouldn't change anything about it.

This house is awesome however the only thing missing is a elevator because those stairs are to steep. Otherwise, this home is awesome with 2 pools off the chAin and for 4 a lot of house

Skeet surfing, here I come. What's positive is the separation of private and public spaces, why one buys a two floor. The spa feel for the master bath. I assume the model would go for about high 5 million. Ooo now to the move in ready. Can't wait. I guess the dual staircase is an upgrade. Ok you panned back, there are two. The floor plan is excellent. Well designed. In the move in ready, the stackstone backsplash would be hard to keep clean as it is porous and soak in any grease. You know how hard it is to lay that granite in the master bath? Like wow. The pattern is well done. The coset system with the glass doors in the model makes that master bath. Think of the move in ready as a tubula rasa to make your own. Well done!
