I've been keeping my eye on the Toll Brothers. They really are changing the way we view the home design and I'm really excited for the future. I want my new home to be a Toll Brother home.

I love this home except the third floor. I was expecting a fabulous 3rd floor but it fell flat. However, Toll Brothers are amazing designers. I absolutely love the kitchen and the closets
I love Irvine but the lack of privacy in these new homes is a big turn off for me. People all around you and the worst part is most of the neighbors are some of the most unwelcoming people. I think its very typical in irvine to live so closely surrounded by so many people yet after years of living there never even know their names. Bubbles inside bubbles.
Thats an insane house. I wouldnt take the 3rd floor tho, extra cost for a space i wouldnt be using. I'd prefer spending the extra on a bigger back yard.
And even with the third floor i would want windows on that balcony similar to the house across from it and tinted as well, if i wanted it open i could slide them back manually when i wanted also i would prefer more space from other houses they're grouped together too close for me perhaps 10 to 20 feet apart would be better in case of fires and looking down in my yard and pool etc just more private aside from that and the tiny sitting pool this house is beautiful
Hi new here and yes, I agree with you about the house. That garden was unbelievable with the pool. The mastersuite had those two walk in closets. The master bathroom (oh my goodness). I like all of the house to be honest!!!! The Toll Brothers did justice to that property, Koodoos to them.
Fantastic house and I love SoCal in general. Loved the in-law section, the wine closet, the tile and stone work, the master bedroom, all the bathrooms, the decor. Here’s what would really rock even more - Upstairs family room space as it stands is a bit of a waste. If you’re watching TV the sound competes with downstairs TV. I would have liked to see it converted to a sound proofed adult office room and outer homework area for kids. Would have have liked a 2nd office room on the 3rd floor so both adults have separate home work spaces. Didn’t love the visible sink on the kitchen island. Once inhabited, those kinds of kitchens look messy especially when prepping and cooking for company. Barely any yard and that too no privacy with all the neighbors looking right into the yard. Would have preferred just grassy hammock space because that pool is super small.
Good camera work-steady and you didn’t move too fast. For a multimillion-dollar home, I don’t want my neighbors looking down into my pool area or across into my rooms. Glass doors on the master closet? No. I don’t think the insides of closets are attractive, so I don’t want my closet to look like a showcase.
Normally when the rooms are busy with different designs and furniture it's " overdone" but for some reason it works well with this home. I love the greenery . The Toll Brothers outdid themselves this time. You are right Danny it is Uniquely Amazing. I would not have to worry about entering someone else's home and see it duplicated. Certainly not the "Same Ole, Same Ole" That's definitely a Mega Plus. NO, i don't like it... I LOVE IT!
Not a fan of modern but love the detail in the house. The landscaping the back splash with matching light switch cover and the light package in the house.
What a house. Love it. It should have an elevator though since it has 3 floors. Also, I wish these homes would have real "swimming" pools, not just large backyard water features. I always enjoy your enthusiasm!
The thing that I love the most is the variety of different textures and how they all tie together.That pool is also gorgeous.I could see myself and fam living it up in something like this!! On the opposite side I don't like that the balcony to the master is facing the front of house should be over the pool
I noticed that the pool in this house is not like a pool at all its more like you get in and just sit get wet and be happy lol!!, swim? Where??there's Nowhere to swim to, just get in get well splash around cool off and get out weeeeeee that was fun😳 lol!!!

Ariel in Irvine is in its final sale. I wanted to see these models, but never got to, darn. Esp. this three floor model. What did it feel like to be in it? The three floor foyer is sublime. 3.6 million for this model. That's a good value knowing its design, location, etc.
Great home but not for that price. Other Toll Brother homes that do not cost that much have double dishwashers, grates in the kitchen sink and either a larger pantry or catering kitchen.
Gorgeous home and the master bedroom closets are THE BOMB! 🙌🏽The only feature this home is missing is an elevator. Three levels and no elevator 😟. Otherwise, I love it 👍🏽
I agree with purchasing the lot to the side... I would leave the backyard as all patio w/ some water features, seating etc and the empty lot for a pool, basketball court and an extra garage.
Different location with more room around it but drop the house in the RIGHT location and make SEVERAL upgrades, cabinets are cheap looking to start with and this is the perfect house. Side note: can we drop the his/hers closets? Sometimes it’s husband #1 and husband #2 😁 or in our case this husband would need both 😂
So gorgeous; gorgeousness throughout the house and outside the house backyard and deck/porch connections; But, if I had the money and were interested in buying a house, I would want the option to pick and choose the furniture to decorate my own colors and style to setup furniture in house, although the attached 🎥show of the gorgeous house is decorated beautifully that some people would love to buy as is would be understood;😊 BUT; I would want to pick and choose the furniture and decorations for housing of my choice if were looking to buy. Love love 😍 that kitchen area too although it's truly gorgeous 👀 looking throughout the house 🎥 showing; some people would be happy to have come decorated with furniture or not.😉
You did a GR8 job on the showing as usual Danny........but where's the pantry & why did they put that horrible cinderblock as a fence around the house & the wine area is wasted space as far as I'm concerned but overall, it was pretty good!!!!😊
