Nice video. I had no idea you lived in Hong Kong. I'm in Europe but two ex-coworkers lived there for years. They had lived in several countries but Hong Kong was their favorite place of all. I personally got more interested in Hong Kong and China because of a video game (which takes place in Japan and China) released about 20 years ago. That, and through martial arts. A bit silly maybe but besides the story elements you could see details about the culture, nature, philosophy, ... The soundtrack is also great, it's a blend of Japanese and Chinese music depending on the location in game.

Have to admit, everybody's talking about duck when it comes to Chinese food, and I love duck, but I'd take those Hong Kong style roasted goose over duck any day. Just with plain rice and some Bok Choy. Simple and delicious.
