Those tanks would look excellent in a 40k Kreig army. I loved the Imperial Navy Breachers kit and these look equally as cool, I don't play 30k but i'm sure these guys will end up on my desk. Its a far cooler sounding name than Astra Millitarum imo
Malcador is my fav 30k vehical. Only ever seen one in the wild which was a Defender variant in a Cadian 40k army. I much prefer Russ/Malcador style looking things to a Rogal Dorn

Personally, I prefer it when it's a nebulous background myth, because every time GW starts playing with characters and giving them "depth and motivation" it turns into a sitcom or soap opera within two minutes. It just tastes bad to me.
Why are Solar Auxilia "the best army in 40k" ? Simply because Forgeworld is better than Games workshop, because they have better ideas, more divisive but bolder. And because the Solar Auxilia is, until now, a 100% Forgeworld army. We'll see how this merger with forgeworld turns out, but it doesn't bode well. By the way, you can see that on the laseris, the melotonne fabric has become smooth, which I think is a fine example of the difference between forge and GW.
