Most golfers after playing for sometimes, tend to grip hard unintentionally. So it is really good to revisit the basic of gripping and addressing. Great coach !

I love this video and your overall approach. Sorry, but I can't believe that I just discovered you recently. I've been struggling with wayward shots and some physical issues along with old age which has led me to some bad habits trying to recover lost distance. You are a breath of fresh air.
Notice the difference? It's the no hand drill to free the locking of the spine, to allow the spine to rotate from hip to neck. I think that is the root to create or generate a controlled swing with freedom. Rotate the spine (back) not sway the spine (back)
Don't you think demonstrating with 20 to 24 handicap golfers instead of low to mid handicap would show more proof of concept. No matter who the coach is these videos are about tweeking lower handicap golf swings rather than teaching higher handicap golfers how to swing.
Not trying to be mean but if your handicap is 20-24 there is a lot of work to be done. While you can definitely get better, there is no magic pill in a 15 min video that is going to suddenly transform your game. I would suggest starting with your grip, posture, and ball position. Do not assume these are correct. Most likely they are not! Use video and alignment sticks. Once you have that done, work on the rope drill and towel drill while keeping your core centered about your spine. The next step will be to work on controlling the face angle and finally the swing path. It is a slow and steady process. Stay patient.

The whole idea of making the arms passive (trying NOT to use them) is why 99% percent of golfers come over the top. The make their arms passive and they try to fire the body at the top. Watch any tour players swing, at the top, the arms lower and outrace the body to the ball. Her idea that the body leads the hands is backwards. The hands lead the body.
Gonna disagree. Most amateurs have an arm driven, upper body swing and too passive in the lower body. Pros are the opposite. Just spend 3mins watching at any driving range. btw she isn't advocating not to use the arms (that would make the golf swing impossible ), but it has to match the tempo of your swing otherwise the arms and hands will need rerouting and added manipulation to get the club face to meet the ball.
As someone who struggled with an over-the-top swing for many years, I disagree. Most NBA players can tomahawk dunk, but the 50-year-old guy playing pick up basketball at his local gym can’t relate to that. Tour pros are playing a completely different game than the rest of us and it doesn’t help much to try to do what they are doing because we don’t have elite body mechanics that comes naturally to them. Obviously you have to use your hands in a golf swing, but for many people, the instinct is to muscle the ball with your upper body. The method being taught here helps you to build a good foundation of feeling momentum versus trying to muscle the ball and manufacture positions. Once I started learning how to do that my swing improved drastically. It also helped me to not get overly hung up on technical swing thoughts while standing over the ball and trying to manufacturer swing and intead just feeling the swing. Tour pros do this naturally because they are elite athletes. Most of the rest of us are not and instead need to be taught how to build these feelings into our swings.
How about a video with someone who hits their wedge,9,8,7,6 basically the same distance ? Now that would explain a more realistic lesson video! I’d easily take this guys swing!
