One can order it in ten foot lengths (which means wasting half of it), but then there are shippping charges. The materials cost of such a project alone makes it uneconomical. Until I find a reasonable answer, I'll bike in the sunshine only.

I'd need something shorter since I don't have a rack but I do have L brackets that I used to use for front and rear reflectors which have become redundant since I've bought flashy lights that bind onto my seatpost and handlebar.
