Sirens are tested in Romeoville the first tue of every month at 10 am like most of Illinois.

Why does this 2001 have the CD (Civil Defense) logo on the rotator box these were not produced during the days of Civil Defense could it be a decal made and put on the 2001

Wrong, We have no civil defense contract. We are just a local Emergency Management Agency and our first ACA Allertor was yellow, then the three Thunderbolts were yellow. I just try to continue the tradition. As far as the sticker Braniff puts those on for me when I have them do maintenance repainting on the sirens… Mike
