@@projectzero6403 i heard that hyperglide serie is quite smooth like some good vintage black. It's not average cherry mx switch that used in gaming keyboard
endgame is a myth. something else will come around and you will change your mind. i thought my jane V2 ce was endgame, until mr suit came around with those crazy looking PCB. that's what i'm using now.

If you used Cherry MX Reds instead of Blacks would there be any difference in anything except spring weight (like would it affect smoothness and sound?)
I think it should be the same. I know some people use cherry mx tops and they can take them from mx blues, reds also. The red and black are both linears they just have different spring weights.

The Polaris feels better but the Unikorn is more polished and more interesting. I think the Unikorn overall is clackier than Polaris

It does have a metallic sound with the Alu and the scratchy cherry switches. But it pops off the plate nicely too

Do you experience and fitting issues using the o-ring with screw in stabs for the spacebar?
I used snap in stabs, so no I didn’t. I used snap in on spacebar and backspace for that reason
