Great Horned Owl Visit on Eagle Cam | 1.3.24

A Great Horned Owl, likely the female, paid a short visit to our Eagle Cam at Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge. If you listen closely, you can hear her hooting for her mate. For several seasons, we've had an owl couple visit this abandoned nest, and we always get hopeful, but they never nest there.
