The old woman who comes barging across with her arms folded…. Not cross at the lads for what they’ve done, but cross that someone grassed them up. Says a lot really 🙄
Yep people like her are part of the problem
They are always so innocent when they are caught in the act, and their thicko parents stick up for the little bstds!
Gaz UK
Well said 100% agree
Just look at the state of Grandma with the folded arms. She was sending her grandchildren out to steal...what a disgrace.
Mrs Fagin.
Tramps cant afford a pair of shoes so they go and rob someone else's.
She wanted to wear the stolen boots and look like Dick Emery walking down the road. ( for anyone under 50,look him up)
They learn from this from the parents
.....and grandparents so it would seem. My parents would have me over to the police themselves if they thought I was involved.
not all kids learn from parents most just does it for fun

Diversity is our strength.
It's too bad that parents/guardians don't feel this is a start to a life of crime.
What can the parents do?, cant even shout at them for fear of social services getting involved.
@@formhubfarit's nobodies buisness how you're punishing you're own kids
the parents are losers
It is the parents who are teaching the kids to steal
Parents need to be held accountable for the actions of their children. Maybe then, they will become better parents.
My father didn’t hit us, he LOOKED at us! Before we did something we thought about that.
Young kids are vile today, imagine what this world will be like in 30 years.
That's right. Exactly what I said to my husband. Even in the 70s and 80s, we'd never have dared behave that way, wouldn't even have occurred to us to do so!
They were just as bad 30 years ago.

Vile brats they certainly have no future.

To think 150 years ago those kids would have been put on a prison hulk heading to Australia.
We studied about this, or had a hot bath
No doubt their parents would say not my little Johnny he wouldn’t do something like that.
What they really mean is "I thought I taught him not to get caught)
The cops could have taken away the youths bicycles and even their shoes and clothes, as tools of crime...
I bet that would have hurt their pride..
stop the benefits

Parents have failed their kids.......

The parents are the problem
Hey! Policeman! Leave those kids alone! All in all it's just an-other brick in the wall!
How the kids talk, definitely need discipline
The problem is the parents have no discipline.
@@SpeccyMan problem is both
Naughty kids, the worst thing we did was cooking sausages in a public place.
When the naughty step doesn't work.
This is where the judges and police need to crack down. they should have both got 3-4 years, serving their full 3-4 years, somewhere in northern Scotland away from all their friends and family, give them an education whilst they are there and then say next time you get caught it will be 15 years minimum and the third time 40 years. There is absolutely zero deterrent in the uk justice system.
I’ve noticed that with all the police videos and sentencing so watch. 15 months for burglary on a person who was already convicted before….. absolutely ridiculous
If child is under 10-11 parents are held responsible. Wonder what it is now
Parents who let their children behave like this should loose their children to public control for they are obviously capable at handling children.
Like the cold indifference og the government would be somehow better.
And what should we do with people who mistakenly use the word loose when they mean lose or capable at handling when they really mean incapable of handling?
Should we put them in thicko school?
I love how brit cops make everything sould like a very serious offense. If running alight that just turned red is a very serious offense, what would you call murder? If it's so serious why is there only a £60 fine? Sounds more like it's a pretty minor offense.
British offences are spelt correctly. I was almost knocked down on a pedestrian crossing by a red light jumper. It IS a serious offence!
@@SpeccyMan Thanks for commenting on the spelling of "offense". I can see how major spelling differences of simple words between our two countries would be confusing for you. I'm guessing my other typos really, really mess you up. Next, you're confusing the seriousness of the offense with the _potential_ seriousness of the consequences of that offense. I can understand how you made that mistake. As for crossing the street, I was taught how to do that when I was a wee lad. Maybe you should stop by the local constabulary and ask them to teach you how to properly cross a street if you're having trouble. I ride motorcycles and get this; just because my light turns green light and I have the right of way on the road that doesn't mean the other motorists have stopped. Nope, I have to be a responsible adult and make sure they're acknowledging the red light and stopping before I proceed otherwise the "law of gross tonnage" comes into play. See, my 130 pound body won’t do well against a 2 ton vehicle so I have to be smart and take some responsibility for my own safety and not just hope for the best. (Do you see the lesson I'm trying to communicate?)

Who's raising these little chavs.
The kids cannot be named or publicly identified cause they’re underage juveniles.
''I could have let her off, But it was too serious to let someone off with'' Yes you could have!!!, It was a clear accident, She was 1 second away from Amber, She was literally on the line as it hit Red, These cops honestly, Discretion is a huge part of being a cop, And they dont know how and when to use it. And the thing is, Its not just a £60 fine, Because now her insurance is more expensive for the next 4 years, This has probably cost her over £500.
Nanna needs to take regular exercise 😂😂😂
What's wrong with the parents? 😮🤔 It's their job to discipline them. 💔😡
Living in council housing should only be allowed if parents and kids have clean criminal records
1:23 The nana is part of the problem, ''we know who the grasser is..." not bothered about the grandson/s damage to the van and stealing.

The lights were hardly red tho lol
Please, send your licence back to the DVLA (if you have one) if you don't understand the traffic light system. Hardly doesn't come into it if you go through a red light and end up killing someone.
her tyres were still well behind the line once they had turned red. amber doesn't mean speed up and run a light, it means stop if you can do so safely. a fairly minor example of crossing a red light but still could cost a life
Added to the fact she was oblivious to everything around her. Pity they can't order that spend on some refresher driving lessons. More useful than just a fine.
You're quite correct. They were hardly red. They were, in fact, VERY red!
If ANY part of the vehicle crosses the line on red (so even the last inch of the rear of the vehicle), you've contravened the red. That's what the amber light is for, to cover people who are already crossing or very close to the line. Amber means stop.
What the frig is wrong with these kids !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Parents who have a go at the Police should be teaching their kids the wrongs and rights, by having a go at the Police what does that tell the kid's. In my day even if you back chatted a Police officer you would get a clip round the ear but now thanks to the do gooders all that has got out of the window and where has it got us? just look at the state of thing's today.
Let me tell you I have lived for 70 years and in each generation kids have never been like they used to be
Cops sounds like teachers
7:18 why kids always arrested 😐
bloody hell the police actually doing thier job for a change.
That's 115 charges for the boys
they shouldnt show their faces on TV if they are a juvenile at time of offending. The blurring was insufficient to hide their identities imo.
Kids are growing up these days, not respecting or fearing the police. And see jail as a right of passage.
What a waste of police time arresting these street urchins when the courts do nothing, courts should be heavy on these kids to avoid them becoming adult career criminals.., what was it Bliar said in his 1996 election slogan.., Tough on crime and the causes of crime.., and here we are almost 30 years later and the UK has never seen such lawlessness.
Why are their faces blanked out?

By her own words guilty.
I have a feeling words were added to this footage and the reason the public thinks you do nothing is because your last published figures for your success rate was a mere 5.8% out of a big 100%
Oh god, Grimsby.
If they were immigrants Yorkshire Rose would be milking this for all it's worth lol
Yo, the lady that the cop pulled over for running the red light looked more like a dude than the cop himself.
It's not the kids fault, better speak to their parents. Likely being abused.
This doesn't surprise me with kids nowadays, too many Ferrarl kids about up to know good, parents should be proud of themselves
There's always one from Stockton 😂😂

This must be an old documentary. The boys’ clothes give me real Y2K vibes.
gotta be from mid 2000s
Just use the registration plates as a guide on things like this. The traffic cars are the best ones and they don't drive old cars, so that puts this around 2003.
@@ryanmitcham5522 Excellent idea. I honestly hadn’t thought of that. Simple isn’t it? Have a fantastic day! 🙂

Oliver was fictitious and also not really a thief.
That’s not okay to steal stuff and you have to go to jail for that they shouldn’t have done it in the first place
Get a real job
When was this filmed?
By the time those lights changed to red It would be too dangerous to stop because there's someone behind But if she just Took her time and dropped back to i'm more manageable distance behind lorry she would have been able to stop safely.
Stop blurring their faces. They're in public and can be filmed. How can they be recognised if their faces are blurred?
Because they innocent until proven guilty. It's the basic tenet of UK Law.
@@Biffo1262 I agree that they are innocent until proven guilty (though random breath tests assume guilt until the driver proves their innocence). My point is not their guilt or innocence. That's for the courts to decide. My point is that anyone or anything in public can be filmed. If they are charged with a criminal offence, the public should be able to see who they are. Or are police trying to hide something?

In Bradford a red light means you can get 3 or 4 more cars through among a certain demographic.
The lady I would say was committed to carry on going or she would of stopped mid junction.

They have got to learn it's the only way they think because they are kids they can get away with it.
Gosh they actually solved a crime. If the kids had been adults they wouldn’t have bothered to turn out.

okay ? okay ... okay , okay ... ok ...okay ...
My children were never allowed out at their age, day or night. They had their friends round or if they go to a friend? I’ll take them and picked up. Blame the perents
“People think we don’t do anything and that’s just not true” proceeds to do a woman for arguably going through the red light but from her pov would have been amber more then likely. When you put a 9 year old in handcuffs no matter how bad them seem is also incredibly stupid but what can you expect from these dossers.
Light can travel around the word 8 times in 1 second, her POV doesn’t change compared to the policeman behind, and she clearly didn’t have any observations with her driving following on from that. People think amber means speed up and sneak through when it actually means “stop if you can” and she definitely could. Perfectly justified stop that
You're supposed to stop on amber if it's safe to do so.
Stopping drivers from going through red lights when it has just gone red will stop other drivers going through the lights 3 seconds after it's gone red, which happens a lot where I live.
Going by the number plates on the vehicles this is a long time ago. I wonder if these kids are now in prison as adults
>but from her pov would have been amber more then likely
Doesn't matter. If ANY part of your vehicle crosses the line on red (so even the last inch of the rear of the vehicle), you've contravened the red. That's what the amber light is for, to cover people who are already crossing or very close to the line. Amber means stop.
