Darn it. I thought this was going to be an extended highlights package of the Navy QB's day. Doug Flutie raved about him throughout the whole first half.
@@tyrone137 Oh yeah. NBC Sports is already scouting the Boston College depth chart. They will find one Boston College player, a QB, a linebacker, an offensive center, or the water boy to hype up. It will be an endless display of nestling to Boston College, while ignoring Notre Dame.
6:14 Ball on Irish 30 Book drops back to 23 yard line Book launches a missile downfield Lenzy catches it as cool as you like on the Navy 25 and then sails into the end zone What a freaking amazing throw! 🔥🔥🔥☘️🏈
Both teams made us one dimensional very quickly too. Nothing but love for UGA, but Michigan can suck a fatty, ill take a loss like a man, but head to head UGA beats Meatchicken by 2 tds.
Maybe a good enough win to grab a NY-6 spot verses what protectively would be Memphis , however ND seems to have lost its run game with Ian book the leading rusher 3 weeks in a row. The good News for ND is that Brian Kelley finally figured out how Ian book responds and the intense in your face is not effective as just letting the young man go play his game. ND has to beat BC college and Stanford at the Farm and both look look like promising win opportunities with Stanford having a very off year. The goal of finally winning a better bowl , at least something better than a win over #17 LSU in the Citrus bowl is there for ND now, but we have to fairly consider that one down note the ND run game
ND was ranked #16 coming into this game which seemed a fair rating and Navy at #23 really played nobodies all year with a lost to Memphis. A blow out was not the expected out come with Navy coughing up the ball 4 times however Ian Book was on and Navy's corners might of done better laying on the filed as tackle dummies hoping a ND player tripped on them. A major F to the Navy Cornerback unit and a A grade to Ian Book and Claypool.
After this win, Notre Dame is 8-2 having played the 13th toughest schedule in FBS. AP and Coaches polls both have them at #15. Massey Ratings aggregate of all computer polls has them at #12. *Not overrated.*
I miss Ian Book

Yup, it’s truly sickening! They will be showing the parents in the stands and everything.
Jerry Carreon Doug Flutie is an asshat.
Yea, it’s was nice once Navy took Perry out. Was ready to watch it on mute
Claypool is a man among boys out there.

Anyone else here after beating Clemson and wondering if there will be a repeat of 93?
12:32 PLAY OF THE YEAR!!!!!!!!!!
I can honestly say that I have never seen that before
That’s me every time I do a speed option in ncaa 14
If ND had a run game, most likely we would be undefeated. God i cannot wait for Chris Tyree to arrive.
Doubtful. Teams like Georgia and Michigan are loaded with 5 star players ...🏈🍀🍀
Go dawgs😁

Irish roll. Navy bounces back against Army,,,
Why did I think this was the US Navy playing football
Koyo me to
Well, it kind of is. All of those midshipman will serve as officers for a minimum of 4 years in the Navy in exchange for their education.
It is..
Notre Dame is good at beating bad teams. Not so much beating good teams.
Lol , I know that's right ...🏈🍀🍀
War eagle still!
Anyone else only watch bc you hate ND and hope they lose every week?
I hear a lot of people do that , lol ... 💯🍀🍀🍀
