Kathy and Perry are incredible people from the core! How blessed am I to be a recipient of their love. Your homestead and your attitude towards the land is so refreshing. Wonderful job you guys!
what an amazing couple and property! they have a desert paradise. I'm in Morongo Valley every weekend. I'm a hiking tour guide there and in Palm Springs. I can't believe there is a black bear there, I wonder if it's the same bear that's seen in the Big Morongo Canyon Preserve.
What a gorgeous place you have created there. I live at a slightly higher elevation on the east side of the Santa Rosa Mts, and I appreciate you describing some of the native plants that you are using. I will be seeding some slopes with natives this spring. Wonderful job!
That's fantastic! I lived off grid in the mountains of Santa Barbara for 25 years. And I still do off grid power systems for a living. When your well pump dies get yourself a Grundfos that is solar powered and that chore will go away. I have some solar well pumps that I installed over 15 years ago and they are still working good. I've also had some crap out too! But such is life living off grid. 😂
Kathy, Perry, this is a very informative video. Love it and will be sharing it. I like what you done with the extra water fountains - the place looks great!

Spent a month there in 1996. Never seen so many stars in my life.
Ces gens là, ils sont toujours les bienvenus dans la nature sauvage. C'est un exemple à suivre ! Bravo

You guys are awesome, but please don’t popularise Morongo Valley. It deserves to stay a small town.
Lots of driving and total dependence on electronic entertainment.
