    PRANAYAMA is must
    Miss Earth Dr. Tejaswini Garu has mentioned the same in yesterday live
    Am quite sure Tejaswini Garu is studying 📚 18 hours a day currently
    Just think about it
    How much of hard work and sacrifice she would have done ✅ to achieve this
    That’s called ENERGY MANAGEMENT

    Raju garu, Almost all the time you advise to do yoga in empty stomach. But Bhastrika pranayama can be done 4 to 5 times in a day without empty stomach or partially empty stomach. Need good answer from Raju garu. Thank you sir for your service to the society
