      1. Ignores that there may be no alternative to the universal constants, and alternatively that you are *here* to ask the question why the constants had the values that allowed life to form *in the universe where it did.*
      2. Origin of consciousness is unknown. That's an argument from ignorance.
      3. Fitrah - humans are born as "blank slates." That fits *every* worldview that I know of.
      4. Not necessarily. Religion provides a social structure. Replace that with a secular social structure and you end up *at least* in the same place, and probably healthier, especially psychologically. Also, the extremist proponents in religions tend to be homophobes and bigots. If you bully, harrass, threaten, torment, hurt or even kill non-believers, you can't point to them being less happy as evidence of religion's success. *That* is down your evil behaviour. (I hope you picked up that I pointed to the extremists and bigoted whackos when I said "you," "your," and "evil.")

@@kakalam6004 _"1. Check ted Talk about dark matter Risa Wechsler, she does simulations of universes, and it gives evidence if the concentration of dark matter and energy surrounding our galaxy was even slightly less or more it would have been otherwise. But it *wasn't* different, and we *are* here. It's a tautology to say "the universe with constants that allowed life to form allowed life to form."
_"2. Science does show that consciousness exist, after all you can manipulate by drugs and make people behave in certain way and do certain actions. That is a measure to demonstrate that a person acting in state of controlled consciousness,"_
"Exist" is a little strong, but sure. How does its "existence" help demonstrate the existence of a god? How is positing a being you can't show exists used a process or processes that you can't identify or describe in order to elicit consciousness any kind of explanation?
_"3. Human are not born with blank slate, when you throw a ball to a toddler He looks for its source, why does it no assume that the ball popped into existence on it own?"_
Humans are *not* born as toddlers. The ability to track a moving object and utilise hand-eye coordination to catch it is an indicator of *physical* development.
_"Something cannot come from nothing is an ingrained instinct of humans."_
"Intuition" is the word you want there. Intuitions are often wrong. They are not a reliable guide to true knowledge.
_"4. Religion provides guideline on how to live life in order to attain eternal life by acting in an objective moral code of conduct."_
You can stop half-way, "Religions provide guidelines on how to live life." The idea that the reason for this is "for eternal life" is fairly obviously not simply going to be granted. Children are coerced into behaving so they get presents from Santa. Santa doesn't exist, and the presents are purchased (usually) by their relatives and parents.
_"After all the material possession of this world are temporary."_
Quite so. That's a universal truth.
_"As for the secular social structure, that is subjective to community, its like herd mentality, it will change over time as new ideologies come into play and when rich dictates the masses for their own benefits."_
That's *exactly* what we see throughout history, even in highly religious countries.

      _"Homophilia, is a human construct,"_
It's not. It's ubiquitous in the animal kingdom.
_"since you empirically agree on evolution and survival of fittest, how does homophilia fit into that picture?"_
The two most popular candidate explanations are the "gay uncle" hypothesis, and the "fecund female relations" hypothesis. In (1), a gay person may help bring up the children of his close relations. In (2), there appears to be a correlation between someone being gay and their siblings having an above-average fecundity (they re more fertile than typical), which more than offsets for the gay person *not* having children of their own (excluding IVF and surrogacy).
The misconception (pun intended) about evolution is that it is about individual survival and passing on your own genes. That is incorrect. The frequency of *alleles* (expressed genes) changes over time. That is a population-level event.
But you can also argue that it might be for simpler reasons, like companionship, social acceptance, or settling disputes, as in bonobos.
_"Are you able to procreate with same-sex indulgence?"_
You do realise that of all the occasions people have sex, only about 3% result in pregnancy? It appears that attempts to have children are the exception to nature in humans. The reason we survive is that we have a lot of sex. Apparently. :D :D
_"Religion is not homophobic but is more aligned with nature, that will aid in human procreation and progression."_
Blew that out of the water, didn't I?
_"As for your other red herrings:"_
_"If you bully, harass, threaten, torment, hurt or even kill non-believers, you can't point to them being less happy as evidence of religion's success."_
You listed this under red herring, but it deals with why some people will be less happy than some religious people. It is valid.
_"People who divided Islamic nations and still intervene in their affairs and colonise them, kill, rape and pillage those mid-eastern or ethnic cleansing of people have same secular ideology as yourself."_
And how happy are those victims? Are they happier than I am in modern Britain? My "secular ideology" is the freedom to practice whichever religion seems right to you. How is this the same? Conflict *between* Islamic groups is also responsible for unhappiness in the Islamic world, as you well know.
_"And they do not accept any higher moral authority than the ones who commanded them to kill and occupy these lands. So no I would say the theist are the one who are bullied, harassed, threaten, tormented, hurt and even killed for being believers."_
George Bush and Tony Blair were both Christian as far as I know, followers of the Abrahamic God. Although Christians are learning tolerance, strictly speaking, Islam is an Apostate religion to them, and Judaism is condemned for aiding and abetting the murder of the Messiah. That makes you and I have more common ground than you think because we both agree that's nonsense.
This was supposed to rebut why non-believers may be less happy due to the evil behaviour of extremists and bigots. What I think you did was use whataboutism, and didn't rebut anything. "People in Islam are victims too." Yes, I know, and I wish I could do more to help prevent it. I'm struggling to think why *you* want to though since in Islam life is just a test. Is interference making the test too hard? Perhaps, if God exists, the path to justice and fairness is you and I - the unbeliever - talking about the injustice and agreeing it needs a solution? How would we know if God was directing us to work together to make the world a better place and HIs test make sense as He intended it?

I think you're missing the point. What is needed is social _clubs._ Belonging to a religion is the same as belonging to a club, be it for books, games, comics, cartoons, sports, or whatever. Belonging to a club is a social activity that brings a sense of inclusion, belonging, and the interaction with lots of other people. We are a social species, we get depressed and nervous when we aren't interacting with others, and walking down the street doesn't count.
Once you take into account the number and intensity of social gathering activities, it doesn't seem to matter if that 'club' is a religion or any of the others. So it should be possible, then, to replace religions which pronounce moral judgement and set up _insanely_ toxic 'us versus them' ideas with _other_ clubs that are as or more constructive but lack the force to get good people to do bad things (as religion has done several times, as has politics... but we don't seem able to _avoid_ politics whereas we _can_ avoid religion).

The article you link would be better titled "Humans 'predisposed' towards superstition (or magic)" because that is essentially what it shows. I wonder why they titled it as they did. Perhaps it "sells" better under that title. Be that as it may, I do not think it is telling us anything we did not already know from the study of evolution. In fact, I think it does the opposite to what one might think: it demonstrates that we have a tendency towards telling ourselves comforting stories in the fact of existential Angst.

You see things only from the perspective of science, that too only what's superficial of it, a worldly lens. The Islamic perspective is to see things from a Hereafter lens. Whatever we sow here, we reap there. Science is what leads to God. Most scientists in history were religious and also linked science to religion. It is only after Darwin, a 33rd degree Freemason, entered the scene with his erroneous claim that people started leaving religion and following his religion instead. The irony is that Darwin himself was a Satan worshipper, and Freemasons consider atheists to be the most lowly of creations, since even they realize that every creation is in need of worshipping a deity.

As it happens, when I ask for good, credible evidence to support your "God"-existence claim, I am not necessarily asking for a scientific experiment. But a claim DOES have to be tested in SOME way. Your test should be repeatable and verifiable and it should produce the same unique result no matter who does the testing. I hope you can see the logic of that, and I hope you can see that your "God"-existence claim fails the test.

Atheism perspective describes that, famously explained by Bill Nye, "if a human die, they just cease to exist" but somehow this idea, cannot be accepted by myself, not in the sense of my logical or personal point of view, but my own inner self. It hard to describe but in layman's term, it's more like I have been genetically programmed to believe the afterlife but I am going against it, denying it. It's a long journey, I got many question but after 30+years, I found Islam, in a way I would not expect , that is my playful super active daughter would sit still whenever she heard the adzhan, only the adzhan to be precise. So that's when I started to dive in Islam, got all my questions answered in a satisfactory manner, started to learn more about the religion and then accepted it. I did tried to learn other religion prior but somehow the answer were mostly opinions and assumptions or the concepts itself was not strong enough to be consider as divine rather than an ideology or man made.

However, people often suppress it in response to feelings of insecurity experienced in the external environment, especially in their formative years of life. However, self-reflection and a desire for truth can restore a person's true self and re-establish connection with the Creator. This self reflection is awakened by reading revealed words of God (also observations of natural phenomena) and guides one to finding the true self. It breaks down because you could be wrong about your faith, not because God doesn't exist, but because you believed in the *wrong* one. Indeed, in some cases, it can be argued that nonbelief is preferable because at least then you're not an idolator or an Apostate.

That refers to the sincere knowledge in ones heart that there is a creator (rather than just believing in order not to dodge hell on a technicality). So yes, I do find that Pascal’s wager panders to those individuals that are too self centered and simplistic to see the grand picture and respond better to a ‘flip a coin’ logic that you might use when making a pragmatic decision when trying to determine a course of action between two choices that appear either similar or equal. When a person still thinks like this, he’s still in the ‘what’s in it for me’ mode rather then contemplating what is behind the existence of the universe and transcending his own basic needs.

@@RustyWalker First of all, when you're believing in God, that's mean you believe that He is free from any human emotions, that is including feeling petty when He learned the "reason" of one belief.
Second, to believe is not with just claiming that you're believing. It must come from the heart, and it will be tested by the God Almighty Himself. In other words, the belief can't be fake. Allah knows what's inside, so either you're a believer or you're not.
Lastly, being a believer also means to watch one actions to be in line with God's teaching. In itself, it was enough reason to be a believer in the greater scheme. So, if someone became a believer because they want to cover their basis, but at the same time can't keep himself in check of his actions, he isn't a believer in the strictest definition of the word.
But then again, Allah's mercy is His own might, therefore He and only Him can choose who He wanted to guide and bless them with His mercy.
May Allah guide all of our hearts and find the right passage towards Him.

We are here today because of a point that had to begin somewhere and as Muslims, Allah called Himself "Al-Awwal" (the First) and there was nothing before Him and "Al-Aakhir" (the Last) and there will be nothing after Him. Such a simple religion! ❤️

My argument about god’s existence is that it’s just how we define god.
Muslims never claimed God is in any particular place or time. Also never claimed that he created heavens and earth instantly or from on Monday and rested on Sunday.
Muslims believe that god created a process , a protocol, a manual in which creation expands and evolve. Similar to a baby it starts with a genetic code or simply a set of instructions that knows how to build a structure that in 9 months turn into an actual intelligent living thing. Of course the building materials are supplied by the mother. And so the existence, it’s so complex it must have code or a manual, as much as random it might seem it’s all in order, everything is connected by laws.
If we can’t accept the existence of the one who made that manual at least acknowledge the fact that there is an unexplained intelligence the existence has been built on that can’t be based or randomness.

If we believe that there is a natural order and existence is a layered system, meaning everything is formed from smaller forms.
Here we ganna find two infinite points:
-the smallest form that can’t be divided which is the building block of all existence.
-the largest form that contains all form.
Then we ganna ask ourselves, what’s the origin of that building block, and the question of what’s beyond that largest form.
Some call that infinite as god’s power. An intelligent entity that goes beyond that infinite.
You can call it anything you want.
No one ever came out of death to tell us what happened, so we have to obey to the laws which we are powerless in front of.
If god exists then we win and you dangerously loose .if god didn’t exist and there is no after life then nothing happened, no loss no Gain for both.

Actually you can, and very easily, but it all comes down to what is being assumed without justification. If someone is assuming, for example, that abstracts can exist independently of all material, then they're basing their position on premises that are unjustifiable.
My explanation of reality is much simpler. Reason is justified through monism and nominalism.

@Van Astrian "Muslim: “Well, do you believe all phenomena can be explained via physical stuff? And do you believe that there is no supernatural?”
      Atheist: “Sure.”
I don't believe there is no supernatural, so this one does apply to me. I do, however, believe that assertions that the supernatural exists are unjustified as we can't determine the limitations of the cosmos sufficiently that something could exist independently of it. If it's unjustified to believe that the supernatural exists, it's unjustified to build a worldview based on such assumptions. My position doesn't require that I do so, therefore it's more reasonable.
      "Rationality cannot come from non-rationality."
I suggest you look into nominalism, which I mentioned is my actual position, along with monism.
"According to naturalism, if we probe the most basic levels of reality we see that everything is the result of blind, random, non-rational physical processes"
No. If we probe the most basic levels of reality, we only learn how little we understand about reality beyond our ability to perceive it. We perceive first, rationality comes second. Which is why nominalism is a perfectly reasonable approach.
"Physical stuff has no purpose; nothing is intentionally driving these physical processes."
      Unjustified assumptions.
"The ability to take premises and “drive” them towards a mental destination is invalidated if one postulates that the ability comes from blind, non-rational physical processes."
As I've just demonstrated, this conclusion is unjustified. All that's necessary to use logic and reason as tools to evaluate experience is trial and error.

      New International Version
The Destruction of the Temple and Signs of the End Times
24 Jesus left the temple and was walking away when his disciples came up to him to call his attention to its buildings. 2 “Do you see all these things?” he asked. “Truly I tell you, not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down.”
3 As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. “Tell us,” they said, “when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?”
4 Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many. 6 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of birth pains.
9 “Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. 10 At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, 11 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. 12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, 13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
15 “So when you see standing in the holy place ‘the abomination that causes desolation,’[a] spoken of through the prophet Daniel-let the reader understand- 16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 17 Let no one on the housetop go down to take anything out of the house. 18 Let no one in the field go back to get their cloak. 19 How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! 20 Pray that your flight will not take place in winter or on the Sabbath. 21 For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now-and never to be equaled again.
22 “If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened. 23 At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or, ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. 24 For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. 25 See, I have told you ahead of time.
26 “So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. 27 For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. 28 Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.
29 “Immediately after the distress of those days
      “‘the sun will be darkened,
      and the moon will not give its light;
the stars will fall from the sky,
and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’[b]
30 “Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth[c] will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory.[d] 31 And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.
32 “Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. 33 Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it[e] is near, right at the door. 34 Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. 35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.
      The Day and Hour Unknown
36 “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son,[f] but only the Father. 37 As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 38 For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; 39 and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 40 Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. 41 Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left.
42 “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. 43 But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. 44 So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.
45 “Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the master has put in charge of the servants in his household to give them their food at the proper time? 46 It will be good for that servant whose master finds him doing so when he returns. 47 Truly I tell you, he will put him in charge of all his possessions. 48 But suppose that servant is wicked and says to himself, ‘My master is staying away a long time,’ 49 and he then begins to beat his fellow servants and to eat and drink with drunkards. 50 The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of. 51 He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
This is starting to come pass in our lifetime

There is no dispute of events that will ensue at the end times but the point of dispute is the persons in question- messiah/false prophet/son of man etc., if you brand Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) a false prophet then you have many questions go unanswered and many bible prophecies unfulfilled. Quran says the knowledge of the Hour is only with Allah and so is the Bible. But you, all those who made Jesus (pbuh), god or believe Jesus pbuh is son of God and one in trinity have to convince why Jesus pbuh does not know the Hour?
The crux of the matter why Prophet Muhammad, pbuh and the scripture-Quran, were sent after Jesus pbuh and the Bible is that the “so called”followers of Jesus have come up innovations in religion such as ‘trinity’, etc., therefore that wrong has to be corrected. Islam is the fulfilment of Abraham, Moses, Daniel and Jesus pbu them all prophecies.

Hello. I am an atheist. I define atheism as suspending acknowledgement of the existence of gods until sufficient evidence can be presented. My position is that *_I have no good reason to acknowledge the existence of gods._*
And here is the evidence as to why I currently hold to such a position.
    1. I personally have never observed a god.
    2. I have never encountered a person whom has claimed to have observed a god.
    3. I know of no accounts of persons claiming to have observed a god that were willing or able to demonstrate or verify their observation for authenticity, accuracy, or validity.
    4. I have never been presented a valid logical argument which also employed sound premises that lead deductively to a conclusion that a god(s) exists.
    5. Of the 46 logical syllogisms I have encountered arguing for the existence of a god(s), I have found all to contain multiple fallacious or unsubstantiated premises.
    6. I have never observed a phenomenon in which the existence of a god was a necessary antecedent for the known or probable explanation for the causation of that phenomenon.
    7. Several proposed (and generally accepted) explanations for observable phenomena that were previously based on the agency of a god(s), have subsequently been replaced with rational, natural explanations, each substantiated with evidence that excluded the agency of a god(s). I have never encountered _vice versa._
    8. I have never experienced the presence of a god through intercession of angels, divine revelation, the miraculous act of divinity, or any occurrence of a supernatural event.
    9. Every phenomenon that I have ever observed has *_emerged_* from necessary and sufficient antecedents over time without exception. In other words, I have never observed a phenomenon (entity, process, object, event, process, substance, system, or being) that was created _ex nihilo_ - that is instantaneously came into existence by the solitary volition of a deity.
    10. All claims of a supernatural or divine nature that I have encountered have either been refuted to my satisfaction, or do not present as falsifiable.
ALL of these facts lead me to the only rational conclusion that concurs with the realities I have been presented - and that is the fact that there is *_no good reason_* for me to acknowledge the existence of a god.
I have heard often that atheism is the denial of the Abrahamic god. But denial is the active rejection of a substantiated fact once credible evidence has been presented. Atheism is simply withholding such acknowledgement until sufficient credible evidence is introduced. *_It is natural, rational, and prudent to be skeptical of unsubstatiated claims, especially extraordinary ones._*
I welcome any cordial response. Peace.

(I keep commenting my life story but), I was Muslim for 7 years (studied in a Madrasah as a kid), then an atheist/anti-theist for 7 years, and after a period of researching Jungian Psychology, eastern philosophy/religion and indigenous beliefs, I was on the edge of becoming either an animist/pantheist, a Buddhist or a Muslim.
Al-Hamdu-li-Lah, I reverted to Islam because I couldn't possibly refuse the proofs I found in the Qur'an and the life of the Prophet.
I realized that I left Islam only because they expelled me from the Islamic School. I hadn't become an atheist because of some careful evaluation process, but because of the commercialization of Atheism in the mass-media, Hollywood movies, stand-up comedy and pop-culture in general.
The lifestyle I chose when I was an atheist lead me to drug addiction, nihilism and hedonism. I became "asfala safileen". From my past life as an atheist I can confess that although one can refuse to believe the existence of a deity, one still will worship something, be it success, fame, money, drugs, pornography, technology, ideologies, political leaders or worst - oneself.
If you analyze carefully the way atheists and in general those who don't give a damn about the existence of a Creator, you will see the same behavioral patterns found in pagan/polytheistic cultures of the antiquity.
So basically atheists are pagan idolaters, they just don't realize it yet.

Very interesting. I like the channel, especially
for introducing nice books! Actually, I'm an astrophysicist (and a believer) but I think we should be careful when using science arguments as 'evidence'. Scientific discoveries usually give a rather straightforward meaning (described by math, for example, in case of physics), but why things are the way they are is a philosophical question, beyond science and likely open to a number of possible interpretations, limited only by human imagination, I guess. Science does not assume that miracles exist, by definition, because it cannot describe them. For instance, if someone says that the universe is fine tuned for the existance of life, so there must be a creator, a contra argument could be that life exists because this universe is the way it is. How do we know that a different universe (without life) also doesn't exist or didn't exist or will not exist? And we don't know why the universe exists in the first place.

      What is an uncaused cause?
The universe is material, if the uncaused cause is material then it needs explanation. If immaterial then how can that which is immaterial act on the material? How can what is material be caused by what is non- material?
I cause these words to appear on a screen by physical action - typing, then the electrics of the computer. I cannot cause anything to come into existence, because what would I be working with? So how can something, an Uncaused Cause, cause anything to happen, have any relation at all to the material world?
In what sense is an Uncaused Cause a cause at all?

A person may ask, who or what caused the entity that brought the universe into existence? Since you cannot have an infinite regress, the logical conclusion is that the entity that caused the existence of the universe always existed i.e. is eternal and is not caused. That is what I mean by uncaused cause. That is the concept of God, the Creator of all that exists.

    • @jamesupton4996

@@bigfish291 Why not an infinite regress? Assume that nothing can come from nothing. The universe exists. Therefore matter has always existed. It may not have existed in this particular form and structure, but one could imagine a series of big bangs, expansion of the universe, gravitational collapse of the universe, another big bang, and so on, going on for ever, surely?
One might say that by definition every event has a cause - but is that the same as saying that everything that exists has a cause? Or that the universe ever began to exist, (nothing can come of nothing) in the sense that its coming into being was an event? Questions like: at what time did this event happen? are interesting.

    • @bigfish291
      @bigfish291 3 роки тому

@@jamesupton4996 An infinite regress is an impossibility. We know that the universe has a beginning and nothing cannot bring something into existence. Also, there was a point when there was nothing (no energy, no matter, no nothing). So you can't say matter always existed. The most coherent concept is that of the uncaused cause.
To test if an infinite regress is possible: Imagine you are at the check out line at the grocery store and imagine also there is an infinite number of people ahead of you. Will you ever check out? You can also run this backwards: imagine you are a machine operator and you require permission from your supervisor to start the machine and your supervisor also requires permission from their supervisor and so forth. Imagine, there is an infinite number of supervisors. Will the machine ever get started?
Also, why is an uncaused cause necessary? Imagine at the time of the big bang there was a kitchen with water, electricity, milk, coffee powder, coffee pot et cetera. Basically, all the ingredients you need to make coffee. Given enough time and without an agent with a will such as a human being to make coffee, will a cup of cappuccino ever get made?

    • @jamesupton4996
      @jamesupton4996 3 роки тому

@@bigfish291 Exactly. Nothing cannot bring something into existence. Since there is something in existence then that something must have always existed - matter/energy , the present state of the universe being the current structure of what has always been. We do not know that the universe has a beginning - how can there be a point where nothing existed: where could that point be located? Physicists like Roger Penrose are speculating as to whether we could, in this universe posit echoes from before the Big Bang. so that is not a limit.
The problem of infinite regress could also be put in this way, in that having to cross the room to get to the door, I go half the distance, and then half the distance again and so forth, which generates an infinity of distances: so how do I get to the door? Yet I do. Not to mention that there are larger and smaller infinities.
That the universe has always existed does not fall foul of the logical problem of infinite regress, since it could well be expanding and contracting forever, and our frame of reference is linked solely to the current state of this always universe, fourteen or so billion years since the Big Bang. No starting point is built into this..
Perhaps in terms of quantum probabilities that coffee could appear. Given an infinite amount of time everything will happen. There isn't that though, because our universe has a determinate life-span, which does not mean that energy/matter does, or is dependent for existence on anything beyond. Creation by a transcendent cause is not a datum that can be reasoned toward on the basis that something exists, as a starting point.

So set thou thy face steadily and truly to the Faith: (establish) Allah's handiwork according to the pattern on which He has made mankind: no change (let there be) in the work (wrought) by Allah: that is the standard Religion: but most among mankind understand not (The Romans 30)

CONCERNING CONCEPTION AND ASSENT (Avicenna, Part 3)
    (Kitāb al-Ishārāt wa al-Tanbīhāt Jil. 1, Mesir: Dār al-Ma’ārif Bimiṣr, 1960 M., 179-180)
    ولأن المجهول بإزاء المعلوم
Something that is not known has something to do (can be known) with (through) something that is already known.
For example, Agus has recognized the concept of the length of an object. Agus received information that Amir's pencil is longer than Joni's pencil, and Joni's pencil is 3cm long. So Agus concluded that Amir's pencil couldn't be exactly 3cm long and couldn't be less than 3cm long, but more than 3cm. So Agus' new knowledge of Joni's pencils was obtained through the intermediary of his previous knowledge of the concept of length. If Agus had not previously been familiar with the concept of length, then he would not have been able to explain that "Amir's pencil cannot possibly be 3cm in size and cannot be less than 3cm but must be more than 3cm".
    Things to contemplate:
Knowledge about something needs to be confirmed to be true because this will lead someone to acquire new knowledge in the future whose conclusions are true (have true value).
If someone's knowledge is wrong, then the acquisition of new knowledge has the potential to be of wrong value.
For example, when we ask an artist the meaning of appetizer, the artist may be able to answer, but the answer is not a universal answer (see previous discussion on this topic). Thus, if the term “appetizer” is applied to various types of food we are facing everyday then there is a potential for error where “mains course” are classified as “appetizers”.
We should ask a chef who is an expert in this matter instead.
Do we know a discussion of economics from economists or from others?
Do we know a health discussion from health experts (practitioners) or others?
Do we know the discussion of mysticism (e.g. Sufism, Irfan, etc.) from a practitioner and expert of mysticism who has mastered it conceptually and put it into practice or from others?
Do we know the philosophy from a philosopher or from others (e.g. theologian)?
Do we know the discussion of a particular school of jurisprudence (mazhab) directly from its mujtahid (grand scholar of a school of thought) and at the same time followers of that school of thought or do we know it from other people who have different schools of thought and have not reached the degree of mujtahid?
    Do we know ………………. etc.
Sometimes something can be known or recognized through a conception, for example a triangle, where it can be known through the use of conception (tashowwur) and assent (tashdiq).
The meaning of the triangle is known as a pure concept (tashowwur) which is free from judgment (there is no right or wrong value). However, the use of conception alone is not always sufficient. In this regards, the use of assents is also necessary.
Our knowledge of a "triangle" is a conception that requires an assent (judgment): whether the sum of the angles of each triangle is equal to the sum of two right angles. The sum of two right angles is 90 + 90 = 180 degrees.
Then, something is called a triangle if it has 3 sides, and the sum of the angles is 180 degrees. If the sum of the angles is not 180 degrees, it means it is not a triangle.
In some conditions, the recognition of a fact needs to be assumed (e.g. "what is a triangle"). However a conception alone may sometimes not enough so that another assumption is needed in the form of an assent (e.g. is it a triangle?). It becomes important to affirm a predicate or reject it from any subject.

Not at all we just believe our father is natural since the natural is known to exist while god or better said "the supernatural" is not known to exist.

(I do like your channel very much, so I hope I do not sound unkind.)
These arguments may sound convincing to a believer, but I don't think will convince any atheists; in short:
    1. Leaping from "physics is too complex" to "omniscient omnipotent creator" is a big logical leap.
    2. Leaping from "consciousness is not understood" to "omniscient omnipotent creator" is similarly a big logical leap.
    3. If fitra encompasses monotheism as a part of it, why were nearly all ancient peoples polytheistic? If only reverting (unteaching) is necessary, why the need to teach and adhere to specific doctrines (e.g. Islam)?
    4. Religions making people happy does not necessarily make them correct. (We could replace with other items to say the same thing - e.g. money/hierarchical power tends to make people happier and healthier.)
Ultimately, the biggest reason for why people believe in a religion is because they want to. This doesn't sound very lofty, though, so we then add fancier-sounding justifications to it.
It's a bit like when mom asks, "What do you like about your new girlfriend?" and instead of saying, "She hawt," you say, "I love her refreshing multi-cultural outlook on life, her active intelligence, and her many-faceted interests."

so, if we take the time to explore our fitra, or within ourselves free from any prejudice, we will find it easier to accept that there is a creator.
hmm, you're right. because i don't like the idea that i'm alone. so, having a creator that always sustain you make it whole.
