My opinion as a health instructor that the main point to gain weight is caloric surplus means the amount of calories you burn in a day try to eat more calories to fullfill that for example- if you burn 500 calories in a day then eat 800 calories then it absorbs 500 calories and rest 300 calories for mass gain 👍I hope you understand 🙏jay jaganath
