Thanks to Creative Assembly for making an awesome game, and to Sega and Games Workshop for allowing me to share it with you!

I strongly endorse Pharaoh in its current state. They did a hell of a job with the game and it only reinforces my belief that Warhammer 3 will continue getting better and better.
Im excited to give it a try. Warhammer is good but its nice to get a change.
And it was about the same price as thrones of decay for the entire game
It’s 100% worth a play through. I think it’s the best dam update to ever happen to us fans of the Bronze Age
I love it so far!
Its getting there but im still stuck on shogun 2 & its avatar conquest mode
people are on A.C.?????
damn, i sometimes go to the army screen to check on my custom army, just like i left it almost 9 years ago. Great times.

Bought the game and honestly am not disappointed! Pretty solid game, and a solid video from you as well!
Does anyone know what conditions have to be met to become another faction scion (heir to the throne) through dipolmacy? Havent figured it out yet.
You have to get adopted via diplomacy and then I'm not sure, I think the current Ruler has to have no possible heirs of age.
@@DahvPlays Think i figured it out. Seems you can only do it when the faction is your vassal. Playing as Babylon and made UR my vassal. After i did that, the option to inheriting the throne of UR became viable. But i don't know if that's really the only way to do it.
If you're not yet the Leader of a culture, instead of starting a civil war to overthrow the leading faction from the highest position in court you can ask them to adopt you. This is usually available once your legitimacy is high enough. Once adopted, if your legitimacy/power is high enough, the leader of the court will usually appoint you as scion and, once they die, you will become the leader of that court without starting a civil war. I just did that in my Babilonian playthrough and my only complain is that, for some reason, I don't have access to dinasty legacy, which I guess might be a bug.
To clearify my question. It wasnt meant specificly to become King of the Universe. It was more meant how to inherit the throne of a random faction to get their land after the current faction leader died. But thanks for the answer anyways
@@Heat3398 you must be the leading faction of your culture to have the chance of forcing adoption into another faction. Being the Scion of a faction doesn't mean you Confederate it when their current leader dies but makes it easier with big diplomatic bonuses
I tried Dynasties yesterday… did not appeal to me I am sorry to say. You can tell developers tried, but for me I did not have fun.
Can't argue with not having fun. Troy and 3K were the same for me, even though 3K was objectively great in some areas. This one did manage to grab me for whatever reason.
the administration mechanic just sucks, it made troy horrible, and it make this game unplayable late game. they need to either remove it or change it. hopefully there will be mods coming out soon that can fix this problem
Should be a pretty simple mod fix. I hear the game is modder friendly.
The admin mechanic is supposed to simulate the great difficulty of maintaining a coherent big state back in the bronze age. It also forced you to use diplomacy more instead of just snowball expanding - creating vassals and allies and grabbing only the most lucrative and strategic regions yourself.
"King of the Universe"?
Is Adad the Emperor?
Not at first. He starts as just King of Babylon, but at this point in my campaign I had achieved emperor status by winning the civil war
@@DahvPlays I know that Adad starts as the King of Babylon, i just made a Warhammer 40k reference😉😂 sorry for the confusion

Is it worth buying my good man
With the added content and the current discount it's a steal mate
@@davidbigby2782 a steal of your time maybe. wish i could give my key to someone for free.
They added content but it's a worse game now. New combat mechanics are a mess, lethality completely ruined the combat triangle which pharaoh originally had and it is all about high elf archer spam again. Also extremely rough with missing UI elements, missing textures etc.
You can turn lethality off
Troy is still a better game
Nah a simpler dumb down one
