Glad I watched this. Cleaned out the drain plug. In addition to .55 in coins there was a lot of gunk that was causing the cycle to shut down. Kept getting a F21 error which is a drain problem. In addition to this I snaked about 20+ feet back into the wall. I've gotten 12 1/2 years out of this machine. Here's hoping to many more. Thank you.

@@darynwest9651 I came to the conclusion that it was most likely the motherboard.. the pump was still working and there were no clogs in the drainage system that I could find.. Ended up just buying a new machine.. my machine was almost 10 yrs old so I got some good usage out of it.. sorry I couldn't help
You save me. Useful video.
Thanks Mimie 😊😊😊

Video helped me out. Unfortunately my water pump had a snapped propeller thing. Amazon has the entire pump for $40 bucks plug and play.
Awesome,
Thanks for the update 😊
Thank you for sharing this! Now I know what to do tomorrow minus checking the voltage lol
Let me know how it goes😊
@@QuickAndEasy5MinuteAppliance it worked!! There was an adult sock blocking the drain! 😮 among tiny toys lol but saved me some money!

clearly this is a common issue if there's over 56K views! Thank you
Thanks so much Chris,
It is very common👍
What kind of screwdriver do you use?
I use a Milwaukee power screwdriver. I think the bit is Torx 15.
Thanks boss, just saved me 100 bucks :)
Thanks Sean😊

I can’t remove the bottom panel can you tell me how?

What if the machine drains but you have to run the spin cycle multiple times?
I'm having this problem, did you find an answer?

@@MikeD-lr3ev No, that’s great to know. Thanks for taking the time to answer.
@@MikeD-lr3ev Thanks for the info!
how to open the cover of the bottom?
there are 3 T20 star bit screws on the underside on the bottom panel, remove them, then wiggle it a bit and it should come off.
