@@LockerNuts i would love for you to tell us if there is any money on those gift cards that you find or you could just write it while the video is playing
Jack, it's your business. No one has the right to judge you for what you buy. This is your business. How you slather the butter on your bread. You take care for your family through the lockers. You have to do you. Please though don't have a heart attack again through it all. Ask Janna to be with you when its hot and heavy so you can pace yourself.
I like this type of lockers! We are all interested in different things. You go crazy over comic books, albums….sports cards put me to sleep! Thanks for throwing this one in the mix!
Jack, all your lockers are fun even this one. Its the commentary that makes it enjoyable!! Even hearing the whatnot add every video!!! Thank you for making them!!
I know how excited you get when you see coins in the lockers, but finding an actual gold coin is so cool!!! Congratulations on your first one!!! 🎉🎉🎉 And with a bonus gold chain, too!!! 🎉🎉🎉
I understand why you do it. If I had of known this was something that could be done when I was younger I would have jumpped in. I am 70 now and just too tired to get into something like that now. But I enjoy watching others do it.
$650 is my estimate. The stuff in that unit is pretty decent and still usable. Any profit is still better than no profit. In the end, you have fun. I used to be a reseller, and I think it's more of a hobby than a side hustle. I love going through boxes and bags finding all sorts of odds and ends. That's the best feeling about these kind of hobbies and businesses. The excitement and thrills for the finds is priceless!
In that first bag full of various things, that white thing that you said you didn't know what it was is called a "bone folder." I use one like in for paper crafting.
Making money one bag at a time is how you grind it out. This locker will definitely be worth the effort since it gets you swap meet sales and some possible auction materials. Nice unit!
The reason some towels are rougher and more absorbent than others is because they dont get liquid fabric softener used on them. Liquid fabric softener leaves a "waxy" film on fabric to get rid of static cling and make fabric softer. It works, but wax doesn't absorb water. Use dryer sheets on towels and you get soft towels that dont have static and they dry you off.😊
I bought storage units for over 20 years and i bought thousands of units and that's back in the day when you were there bidding and sometimes, I went very high and even other bidders were asking why I went so much and I would simply say because I wanted it. The funny thing is the second bidder would start with that's too much IM like weren't you only 10 dollars less than me, lol. Truthfully most of my surprises and best units were under 300 dollars and kind of like you with the train unit one of my best was just 10 dollars where I made 20,00 and a 500-dollar unit with 20,000 records back about 25 years ago got us over 30,000 dollars. And like you said if you don't know you just won't know. You have to gamble and take chances and bid on all kinds of different looking units. If you're afraid to lose money than your afraid to make money and you are definitely in the wrong business.
Yes Locker Nuts. You’re doing a great job Jon on this locker. Looks like a good one to me. Yes I love this locker. You and Jana make a great team. Peace out!!! 😂
I absolutely love watching yourvideos, something that I would never do, financially, or age, or health, but watching you and knowing that it is just fun to be able to watch and love your whole outlook on what you do.
Locker Nuts. Congratulations on your first gold coin and necklace. Sure glad you doing much better after your heart attack. I’ve been subscribed to you channel since you first started out. I’ve had to have surgery to repair my left knee. I’ve been binge watching your locker videos. Always so much fun hanging out with you you and family. Please don’t have any more heart attacks. You scared the living Bajesus. Out of all of us lol 😂😂😂
Those black handle items that you think are for leather work are for tire repair. When you have a flat tire you thread a fiber plug through it and push into the tire and rapidly pull it out. There is another tool that goes with it that looks like a round file you insert into the hole and file it then plug it.
Hi! Jack 🎉! I thought you had lost your mind. When you opened up this storage unit!! But... it was a pretty nice. . I'm liking it due to everything looks clean and they tooken care of it
Enjoyed watching and seeing the items. Excellent explanation of why you do what you do. I understand because I Thrift and resale items. Challenging, fun and make a little spending money.
Hello from Chiang Mai! Sometimes I watch a video and I haven't had time to comment yet that there is already a new one! First of all congratulations for the end of the two $10,000 lockers! I'm glad that you finally made money with it! This $20 locker is very nice even if it won't be a super profit I think you'll get $9,853 from it! LOL! By the way, the knives made in Thailand are exactly the same as the one I've been using for 15 years and which still works very well! Next!
Kiwi Knives set 5 pcs Chef's Knife Stainless steel Blade Wooden Handle sold on eBay last week for $42 - not Cutco of course but better than flea mkt prices.
Higher end items are more often dry clean. Even the vintage shirts that used to sell for a lot, no longer does... not as much anyways. No point to wash
The blue IP looked like a Pioneer woman promo. I see IP's in 2nd stores for 50.00 any size any kind. I sold the blade set for 36.00 on ebay They don't make them anymore so when I see them in 2nd store I grab them and sell them. It's called a "Skeever Pan. It's dutch. It makes little round Pancakes that you stuff with fruit or chips or whatever you want. I don't know Bear Bradly, but quilters have been making those bags for over 50 years. Gave away a set of Amour.. I know lots of LARP'ers that are cringing right now lol
I don’t know about anybody else but I am positive you know what your doing. What you don’t know, your wife knows. You have had a couple of lockers that in all my years of buying and selling (Im 68) I have never seen anyone get. But then you sure do buy a lot of lockers so it was bound to happen eventually!
Great locker however sad that someone lost their whole house, hope they are ok where ever they ended up. Yes Jack I enjoy all your adventures. Please don’t over do things.
Your business Jack so do what you want, you usually do. You’ve also got a great sense or feel that’s done you well. Keep it up and keep them coming. $900.00 profit
I think the pusher you were hipingbto find for the food processor you found much earlier was in the bag you grabbed after all those stainless steel food canisters.
I love all the kitchen stuff .. How much were those knives worth? I was wondering on some of the cloths were they hey, Korean brand?? Some of them looked really nice
Good profit from this locker, but with the other 3 lockers it’s win some lose some 🤷♂️ Must be honest with you guys I think you’re going through them a bit faster now and it makes better content 👍
I think you've got closer to $1500 and those pots and pans might do well at a better flea mammal. Those quilted totes will do well at a better flea market. They if you do some research on those quilted items and the pots n pan. Those quilted items can go for at least $30 if they are machine made. If they are handmade the. bigger totes can go for upward of $75! The zipper purses if they're handmade go for at least $40! The backpacks can go for $60!
I support not wearing gloves while doing this work because I think it usually makes you more careful. And if you’re working with clothes you can feel quality fabric. However, I would also recommend not sticking your hand into the blades of a blender.
Looks like you should get s decent profit on that one. And you're a grown man if you choose not to wear gloves who cares. Looking fo an update on peaches. ❤❤
Jack o would think you can make up to a thousand dollars. I have faith in you❤. It's not bad Jack take care would like to see more new lockers can't waite
Love the channel long time viewer! Glad you have been doing so well health wise, I cried through your heart attack videos 😢. Just curious about the wine with the heat in the unit. Wouldn't that destroy the flavor since you always see temperature controlled wine cellars. Does the flea market require a special, I've read most states do allow it but a special license is required, maybe there's a temporary one since you only sell it once in a while. Anyway very cool! Enjoy the channel, my husband went nuts on those train ones you picked up a couple of years ago 😊
"Kids grown and out" how about Camille? Glad to hear you broke even on the $9K lockers. That was a lot of money and I was concerned you might take a hit on those. Another great video. Looking forward to the next videos.
I'm not going to tell you to wear gloves, BUT don't stick your hand in a blender 😂 How much cookware does one need, that's a lot. Take care Jack and don't stick your hand in a blender! 🥰
Especially a NINJA one, those blades are lethal! LOL! I think the people must've had some kind of business where they cooked with all those items such as pans, knives, blenders, the shop vac, all the gloves. With the bamboo mats and the Korean/ English dictionary, I'll guess Korean food.
I ran out of time, and didn't get to it. I need to still! I've been running kinda crazy, trying to keep up with everything. 4th quarter has been popping off, and we're so thankful for that!

I found a small amt of vinegar works as a nice softener and leaves no smell

Those big Kiwi Knives are $15 brand new on Amazon. I was curious and consulted professor Google.
I absolutely love watching yourvideos, something that I would never do, financially, or age, or health, but watching you and knowing that it is just fun to be able to watch and love your whole outlook on what you do.
great finds, $600 my prediction for everything. I like the smaller lockers
I love watching you go through locker’s and I think you will make 825.00 dollars on that locker. 🙏🤩🤞😅😊
The insta pots are $100.00 on up! Love the videos! You are some very nice folks!😊
Wish I lived closer. It would be nice to have a few of those pots.
I think $900 to $1000. I love your videos!

Lol, that cracked me up when you rolled the door up.
I think those are used for fixing tires
I'm guessing that the owner had a Korean food kiosk! Has kind of a commercial feel! Love searching with you, Jack!
The blades on that rack are part of the food processor and the pusher was there as well.

But... it was a pretty nice. . I'm liking it due to everything looks clean and they tooken care of it
The pretty instapot I think was a Pioneer Woman one, I have one but a different shade of blue.
Black T handles were for inserting plugs in a flat tire roadside fix
I’m glad that you are hanging on to your gold. I think I sold some at $80 an ounce a long time ago. I wish I would’ve held onto it.
Yes Jack! I love you going thru this stuff?? Thanks 😅
You made my dog go crazy with the squeaking horn. 😂
I love the story about the suit of armour, you are a man after my own heart Jack. Family first. Keep up the excellent videos. Tony UK
Always enjoy your videos

Really enjoyed today’s episode.
The white plastic thing is called a bone folder. Used to crease a fold in card making.
Its called a hera marker, it marks lines in fabric or paper 💖

My first kind of "instant" reaction was $1k, but then I re-thought and figured about $600. It was a fun little locker!
I was slicing some veggies with one of those slicer and took off a chunk of finger. Took ages to heal and have lost all feeling in the loss area.
Love Dove soap 🧼 😍
At least 2000 in profit in my humble opinion.
Hello Jack. Let's see what's inside of this abandoned storage unit for $20. You've tripled your money. Everything looks awesome.

Congratulations on your 1st gold coin. I am so happy that you get excited about it.
Thanks so much!!
@LockerNuts you are most welcome. God bless you Jack
Locker Nuts, next time you dive into a blender called Ninja perhaps you should consider borrowing back the suit of armour! 🤣😂🤣
Thank you!
I think you’ll make at least $650.00. Probably more! What a great buy!
Love your videos! So much fun.
Higher end items are more often dry clean. Even the vintage shirts that used to sell for a lot, no longer does... not as much anyways. No point to wash

those are for plugging tires
You seem to do fine at reselling what you buy from the lockers, don't listen to the neysayers that try to bring you down!
3:45 those are for putting different size plugs in tires…
I loved this locker!!!!
Loved this locker found some cool stuff
Watching from Philippines...Sana all
I have to watch at least two videos every day, and the last thing I watch is one of your videos
This unit will make you about a grand. I will say grand. But. Nice
"Kids grown and out" how about Camille? Glad to hear you broke even on the $9K lockers. That was a lot of money and I was concerned you might take a hit on those. Another great video. Looking forward to the next videos.
Did auction off the blender the small held hand 0ne

yeoh, did it again blades are sharp
😂😂
Glad to hear it Jack about the gold
I love cast Iron!
I have a Ninja food professor. My husband has cut his finger on the blade twice after I told him to watch out for the blade!
Yes, $760+
It's almost like mining. You never know where the gold is.
I think at least $2000.00
Looks like a Korean catering, house locker
I was thinking the same. So much food cooking items.
Great little cheap locker. I predict 1 - 1.5K profit on it. What happened to the purge update you promised a couple of videos ago? Did I miss it? 😊😊
