Guys come on, the data u showed for the agni missile is for the agni 1. The latest one that india has is the agni-5 (and 6 in development) it has a official range of 6000km (but the real range is obviously classified. The Chinese believe that the range is 8000km which probably isn't wrong)
He said agni prime.. Agni prime have that range only.. This is for short distance with canister launch system.. You can simply say that advanced version of agni 1...he is not talking about agni v or 6..these both are ICBM.. Previously Agni 1 is generally launch from without canister based system.. Now agni prime is more lethal and mobile.. It will be fire from train also due to canisterization.. As well as it's more lighter due to use of composite material as compared to agni 1 and can carry more payload/Warhead..

We have Agni 5 from long time so it's not a new missile for us and it is already inducted.. In case of agni 6..we already knows that it is already developed or may be already test fired as a agni 5 if you try remember our recent long range missiles test and see their data and parabola or flight path..but india officially not saying about agni 6 bcoz it cat hit upto USA.. Their is geopolitics.. Many countries will raise questions like your main enemys are pak and China.. So why you need so long rang missiles.. And one more thing latest Agni 5 and 6 have MIRV capabilites and agni 6 can hit up beyond 12,000 km..bcoz agni 5 have unofficial range beyond 8000 km.. I can't provide you any official statement regarding those range.. But you have to belive me.. Those range are accurate..

Well the report isn't wrong. India doesn't need icbm with ranges exceeding 10000 km. Agni 5 itself covers all important targets relevant for india at present. What india needs to invest now is to make the missiles more capable in terms of load and mirv capability and hypersonics. That is probably why there wont be Agni 6 but Agni 5 mk 2.

No India should develop it. Yes, right now we don't need it but we can't say about the future. We should prepare for all conditions. And developing ICBM with 10000 is a very hard task. I am sure DRDO is doing so at a slow and steady pace, since we don't need it right now. And by the time we would need it, missile would be ready to use

It's been 3 years after Balakot strike, we are still faaaar behind in missile tech. that's Not good enough..Not even half of our Squadron are equipped with Astra mk1.where is Mk2 and mk3. We don't even have a long range Cruise missile, not enough Tactical Ballistic missiles, No XR SAM. Not enough AEW&Cs, not enough tankers, Not enough drones, not enough smart bombs...MOST IMPORTANTLY OUR SUBMARINES FLEETS ARE A FRIGGIN NIGHTMARE...🤕🤕🤕🤕🤔🤔🤔🤔
1. Astra Mark 1 is launched from Heavy Weight category platforms only and in that category India has Sukhoi's only. So no need to panic.
2. You need to understand that India operates French, Israeli, Russian and it's own missile system. They all are incompatible with each other and to fit them in a jet we need to modify things. And if we will change for Astra then there will be effect on other Missile Systems. So it is intelligent not to equip all jets with one single Indian System.
3. As you said, it's 3 years... in fact Just 3 years and you want Mk2, Mk3 and thank God you did not demanded Hypersonic one... Bro it's a lethal missile system not Maggie you can make in few minutes with great ease. It takes Intelligence and time. If not convinced than do compare it with first missile programs of any other country.
4. Now you appear to be a defense Enthusiastic person but with half knowledge... It's dangerous. You must know that Cruise missiles are not designed for Long Ranges. They have to do terrain masking and adoption in it's path, so obviously they are not going to have long ranges. For long ranges we have ICBMs and believe me they are fucking good when it comes to ranges and efficiency.
5. How can you even say No XR-SAM - they were S-400 of India and now when S-400 are no more coming due to Ukraine Crisis, they are definitely going to get induced into the forces very soon.
6. Yes it is for sure the alarming thing that we lag the numbers in AEWC but you need to analyze the efforts being put by agencies to makeup the gap - like converting old Air India planes into AEWC.
7. For tankers - I can tell you that despite conversion of Air India planes into tankers too, there is one more strategy adopted by the Air Force - Buddy to Buddy Refueling.
8. Drones are something we desperately need and we are accruing from costly American Predator, Israeli Drones and fast tracking our own Rustom...We are not sitting hands on hands and have progressed a lot.
9. Definition of "enough" in above cases may vary according to your standards to that of actual one known to Air Force I guess.
10. In your MOST IMPORTANT part of Submarine you missed a very crucial point - Indian Submarines are high quality weapons that are way more silent than it's counter parts. I guess you are comparing with CHINA and go check the net about decibels they emit while their operations. Also China has enemies from USA, ASEAN Nations, Japan, Taiwan, Philippines, Australia to long down to India. They need to deploy their assets at more than ordinary number of places which can not be diverted to Indian Ocean even in case of Direct War. And after all don't forget that we have the capabilities of P-8i.

For Abby Mathew, LCA Tejas is a third-generation, ugliest looking fighter jet, whereas the reality is he doesn't have any freaking idea about terminologies called Light Combat Aircraft, or how the Delta Wing design perfectly suits Tejas' requirements and performance parameters. For AWACS and refuellers, he doesn't know a jack shit about the fact that A319 and Boeing 767 jets will be refurbished and apart from HAL, Airbus and Israeli companies are involved in this complex process. For submarines, he doesn't know Navy's project on underwater drones, which will be submarine hunters. ইসলামে ধর্ষনের শাস্তি নেই , আছে জিনার শাস্তি অর্থাৎ বিয়ে ছাড়া প্রেম করে সেক্স করা শাস্তি আর ধর্ষন বলতে ইসলামে কিছু নেই , বাংলাদেশী ব্লগ আর মিডিয়া রেফারেন্স হিসেবে দিয়ে নিজেকে হাসির পাত্র করার কি দরকার ছিল? চার জন পুরুষ সাক্ষী রেখে কেউ কি ধর্ষিত হতে যায়? শরিয়া দেশে ধর্ষনের অভিযোগে করে নারীরা নিজেরা উল্টো শাস্তির শিকার হয় , ধর্মান্ধ সমাজের চাপ আর না বললাম । উন্নত দেশে স্ত্রী স্বামীর বিরুদ্ধে ধর্ষনের মামলা করতে পারে এটা মুমিনদের দেশে নাই তাহলে মামলা করবে কি করে? শিশু ধর্ষন বিয়ে ইসলামে বৈধ এগুলো মামলা নেয় না , গরীব তার উপর , তাহলে রেকর্ড থাকবে কি করে? আর উন্নত দেশে মেয়েদের কানে কলম ঢুকালে বা বাচ্চাদের বেড টাচ করলে নারী নির্যাতনের মামলা হয় অহরহ । কেন মুমিনরা শরিয়া দেশ ছেড়ে ইউরোপ আমেরিকা যেতে সমুদ্রে ঝাঁপ দেয় সবাই জানে। আরবের দেশগুলোতে বাঙালি নারী শেখেরা বাপ পুত মিলে প্রেগন্যান্ট করে দেশে পাঠায় এসব নিউজগুলো রিপোর্ট করছে প্রতিনিয়ত।
