It’s so stupid that this is the one exotic that could potentially make Titan relevant for boss dps and yet it’s plagued by all of these dumb issues. And it will most definitely be nerfed before the interactions are fixed.
how the fuck does radiant (a 25% buff) override a 35% buff? Like on wormgods radiant only overrides the damage buff if it falls below 3 stacks of burning fists...Bungle said the higher buff will always override the other ones

The exotic can be obtained after you've completed the legendary campaign on Titan from Ghost at the new destination. Or you can focus it at Rahool in the Tower after reaching max reputation.

Likely a bug. The game should take the exotic buff over Radiant if Bungie doesn't want the two to stack.

As far as I know, only Radiant overrides the exotic buff.
are the rockets buffed by kinetic surges?
Does eyes of tomorrow have this same interaction ?
On a related note, does the Exodus Enhanced Rockets buff increase damage from Grand Overture's rocket barrage?
The loaded missiles will be buffed by the exotic.
