Had the opportunity to skydive on a very cloudy day (not as thick as the one you went through). To this day it is still one of the best feeling and memory I ever had. I sometimes watch the video again out of nostalgia. Awesome video mate, thanks for sharing.
One of our Skydiving trips We ended up in Beaumont, Texas at skydive USA. The top of the clouds were at 9000' and the base was at 2500. It was socked in clouds, you cannot see the ground but the pilot said okay GPS says we're here Jump!! The only problem is we were very close to the Bay and we did not want to go swimming. Well we all jumped out and made it to a speed star formation before we hit the clouds and let me tell you It felt like it was forever. It was a very scary feeling not knowing where you were gonna end up But finally we came out of the clouds at 2500' and the airport was right underneath us. Thank God!! I will never forget that jump. Another cool thing to do is if you're going to hit a cloud . Get inverted (On your back) as you're going through the cloud So you can see the cloud going away from you at a 125 miles an hour, that's a very cool sight.
That's a strict violation of FAA regs here in the states. There was once a plane being spotted by radar and it got confused with another aircraft, which put everyone into Lake Erie. Only a couple of them survived. Which is why the reg exists.
I'm gonna experience this soon. Would you please tell me what should I avoid there and what cautions should ai follow to keep myself cool and safe through the clouds?
@@SuniL.KrishnA If you’re jumping in the states, you will not have anything to worry about. The pilot and instructors will not let students and tandems jump through the clouds or on very windy days. All you have to do is follow instructions from your tandem instructor and have fun!! Don’t forget to get the video.
@@SuniL.KrishnA We exit the aircraft at 13500 feet and deploy at 2500 feet. Our team does relative work where you make formations and that takes about one minute. If you’re going to head down, that’s a lot faster. it might be a little tough breathing at first. Just calm down and breathe. slow deep breath.
I love how the turbulent air inside the clouds even visually disturbs the flight of the sky diving fellas, it’s my favorite part of any flight, flying into clouds on climb out or on descend! :)
@@Bob.790 It’s not really fun you’re gonna feel pain when falling into it do that and you’re gonna feel pain because it’s not fluffy it’s literally raindrops and ice crystals so follow me into it you’re gonna feel hurt
I'll never sky dive again. It may look like their flying or floating when you watch it in videos. But it's the feeling of falling constantly with nothing below your feet. I almost had a heart attack.
Do skydovers pull G's? Ive been wondering for a while as I cant even handle the drop length if a school bus😂😂 and also cause skydiving is in my bucketlist before i die
On a standard jump, when you are in freefall, you are experiencing 1g, just as usual. You would be experiencing some g forces when you deploy your canopy. I had a nice canopy which opened slowly, similar to what you experience on a tandem skydive, so the g's are pretty low. Another way you can experience additional g force while skydiving is by using your speed and surface area of your body (or tracking suit or wingsuit for people in those disciplines) to generate force that either slows you down, changes your direction or generates lift. Once I entered head down from a steep 2 way track and picked up a lot of speed (directly down) and I managed to track out on my belly and I remember the feeling was pretty awesome translating verticle speed very quickly into considerable horizontal speed. I can only imagine how much more power you would have to generate force (Gs) and lift on a wingsuit where you have much more surface area to work with. You should google where the closest tandem skydiving operation is to you and go for it (assuming you are old enough), it's an incredible experience doing your first jump, great value for money!
That was the best skydiving video I’ve ever seen

The fact that it almost looks photoshoped when you're right above the cloud is trippy!
exactly my thought
Yes when I did shrooms the clouds had a weird trippy look to it. Like it looked fake or like a painting.

I went through the clouds skydiving east of Biloxi, MS and the swamp smell of the clouds was pretty bad.
