THE "DOLMENS" IN RUSSIA

  • Hi guys, hello dear Adorables, we are a typical Russian family, our dream is to speak English, we learn the language from old films that we know well. Today we will visit two very distant villages. Near these villages in the forests there are Dolmens. Dolmens are megalithic structures made of stone, in each dolmen there is a hole that used to be closed with a stone plug. The roof of a dolmen is usually made of a slab weighing from 10 to 30 tons, but sometimes more! Who built the dolmens and what they are, I will try to clarify in this video.

There are videos about putting seeds into Dolmens and the seeds grow into bigger, healthier plants than ones that weren't. It would be very interesting if you could try that and see if it's true.

Sati will have a wonderful life, because her parents will help her to learn about this amazing planet. I had tears as I watched you talking to her about what she was feeling with that tiny hand against the stone. First, you are sharing and learning with your mother, then you pass it on to Sati. What a treasure!! I love and admire how you are so curious about life and our world, and you get great joy from sharing with all of us. You two touch my soul! 💞 Texas, USA Grams

Lolol I know!!!! I'm glad someone said it, because I went total meemaw/babuska too when they were touching the rock and showing it to her. Those times are the some of the best parts of being alive ( bonus that they got a genuine minute like that on camera). Then, wow, it really was a little gift for them to have shared it with an audience - it made me remember what's important. :)

I always enjoy your little field trips, we get to see the rugged mountains, the little markets, and just life in southern Russia. It's really pretty there, kind of a cross between our Appalachian Mountains in the East (very old, somewhat worn down by time) and our Rockies, which is in the middle of the US, (younger, and larger), and some of the views, like from the footbridge, remind me of Washington State, very beautiful. The dolmens are fascinating! Thanks for taking us along, we love it! More, please! Sati is growing so fast, she is so curious about her world! Love to you all from Texas!

This was so interesting. I never heard of dolmens. How strange. The sky is so big and beautiful. Sati is so smart. Dan when you said touch this stone Sati reached out to touch on her own. She knew and understood what you said. And she is baby babbling, wanting to talk so bad. What a great video! The animals are really interesting. Animals are so amazing surviving in all environments. I like that you touched the stones wow what a feeling. Yes who made these and how and why. I think ancient people had amazing skills. I cant imagine. I was driving in the country in a very narrow winding road with thick woods on both sides and hills on both sides when just as i went around a sharp bend in the road , a hugh deer with huge antlers ran in front of my car, i almost hid him. I was amazed to see such a beautiful animal so large, so fast. In a flash he was gone. He would have damaged the car if i hit him. Anyway back to the Caucasian mountains. Amazing video! Thank you for filming this. I could only show you the traffic of south St Louis and lots of strange and amazing creatures called human beings! Lol lol. Have a great day! 😘 Bugs no...Hugs not bugs! Tribal people (the people we often to call barbaric/stupid etc) was given controll of land totally destroyed by «modern humans». It took them 10 years to recreate livingvconditiins for plants and animals. Scientists have travelled the world to harvest the knowledge tribal people have in regard to medisin. Take a listen to knowledge passed down in «uncivilized» societies and you will realize they knew a lot about life and humans. Today we know a lot about death and robots.

Oh I LOVE seeing the dolmens! How mysterious and intriguing they are. I wonder if they might have been fashioned using some sort of 'sand saw' like the ancients used. The presence of the sea shell fossils makes me wonder if they had to trade for those and traded for sand at the same time? I also loved the outdoor village market visit. I do SO wish we had little places like that where I live. That way of making tea looks so puzzling. Someday maybe you will get someone to take one apart and show us exactly how it is made and works, and then you could brew some tea in it? And seeing the animals and landscape - oh so fascinating, I think! Lovely, lovely video - thank you so much!!!!

We have those in New York. They first thought that they we for food storage and then realized the door openings were aligned with the sun during the solstices. I believe they were investigating the natural energy levels around them too.

That’s very cool. It looks like an altar. There are things in central and South America. The majority of those in North America are covered by grass and trees.

Such beautiful country! That place looks amazing! I love seeing people still appreciate nature, too many people want to stay inside and watch TV or look at their phones. Not enough exploring anymore....
