PVM3 getting a little SPICY in his monologue. A little edgy there. Let’s start a crowdfund to set him up on a blind date and then let him rate the date afterwards.
I'd like to quickly point out that not all lambics are fruited, that's just the more popular "kriek" and "frambroise" variant of Lambic. Lambic can be just sour flat beer (the actual lambic lambic), a mix of 1,2 and 3 year old lambics, aka Geuze... or really any sour koelschiped beer from the Pajottenland
I think it would be super cool if you did some videos on wines/beers/liquors that you really like and gave your honest tasting notes on them. The funny stuff is great too though!
I accidentally discovered Lindeman's Raspberry Lambic and it was amazing. I HATE the taste of beer but this was the only thing I've found bearable, lol.
I'm so happy you finally got to try something nice for us, better for you than straight gasoline like some of the things you've tried and still a great video
I know there's a lot of people pushing for you to keep playing the whole "my life is slowly spiralling" shtick forever, but i honestly enjoy your reviews no matter what quality of drink you have or how together or not together you are!
The raspberry one (framboise) is delicious! I love mixing it with a dark beer. Gives it a chocolatey, coffee bite over the extreme sweetness. It’s called a Red & Black.
The cork usually indicates secondary fermentation. Champagne, for instance, is actually in a beer bottle. Beer has been aged with a cork or in barrels for a long time. I'm not sure if they do that secondary fermentation on lindeman's, but it's interesting to see nonetheless.
I opened mine with a mini exacto blade that broke off in the cork. Then proceeded to bend up a nice pair of tweezers digging out cork... then found a metal sawsall blade and dug out 1/2 the cork and the dangerous broken exacto blade out. Then I used the exaxto handle to press the cork into the bottle without any sort of fizz (like this disaster of a video) and then pour my drink perfectly.
Not going to lie, I think I enjoy the videos where he's trying something good just as much, if not more than the ones where he's drinking the swill. Maybe a 2nd channel where PV3 reviews decent but affordable alcohol?

Lindemans is my favorite beer, shame its so expensive in America. I remember it was cheap as hell to buy in France and Belgium when I first discovered it over there.

Fun fact - these bottles will explode if allowed to get cold enough. The cooler that my store keeps these in went runaway at the thermostat, temperature plummeted to about 0 degrees F (-18C). Lambics went boom, a couple tripels launched their corks, and the NA beers popped like balloons... but glass. Took FOUR HOURS to clean that cooler and get all the compromised bottles and six packs figured out from the survivors. Tasty though. I like the Kriek. Only 3% ABV, more or less, and drinks like a soda.
