@@OG-Paul-Valentine Yeah, they are top cops when it comes to concrete near a water source. Be careful. You might also try reporting the deer carcasses to a game warden or inland fisheries. This looks like a poachers favorite spot. Probably the same person dumping everything at the site. This stuff boils my blood!
@@FSAUDIOGUY yeah, mine too. Hadn't thought about reporting it to VDGIF. I'll give them a call tomorrow. But I'll leave the concrete suggestion alone. I don't want to be known for contributing, even in such a small way as that, to an ever growing issue. My goal is to help educate and encourage change.

Yeah, other than helping to inform me of the laws and regulations pertaining to tires in the state the DEQ hasn't really been much help.

I used to find stuff like that all the time I'd haul the junk for scrap and then a free load to.the dump
Yeah I need a better place to store the scrap. Right now with the way I had it set up my back yard just looked like a pile of junk.
