Oh wow, I use cloth diapers usually and I knew you could fit in any trash can to the changing tables, but I never even thought about hampers latching to them. That's perfect.
I also saw that when a child sim is playing pretend in the treehouse and you select an adult sim, you don't see all the imaginary things the child is seeing. I thought it was a nice touch
I attach the money trash can to my change table. That way I never have to use an outdoor trashcan and worry about angry Sims kicking it. 😅 I really appreciate the keepsake boxes. It lets me keep my Sims items separated, unlike the other storage boxes that we have. 😊
@@devineinterventionneeeded You don't get money from the auto-tossed diapers unfortunately. Not sure if it's a bug or intentional, since you get the money as usual if you drag a diaper into it.
I love the different looks of the bikes. My only thing is I wish having a basket, streamers (none of the bikes have them 😢), or a horn was an upgrade for the bike. I know that might sound odd, but its just a cute thought and I loved things like that as a kid and its just a nice little touch to have adults add it.
Simmers for years: We want kids bikes! Gurus: Okay here's 6, that enough? 😂 My favorite item is the puzzles, especially the animal and fantasy ones because once framed, they look absolutely amazing as wall decor in kids' rooms. I looove the sheep and mermaid ones, they're so freaking cute.
The treehouse is probably my favorite oack object ever! Theres some items that have details that match the decor themes (fairy princess, pirate, castaway, space): teddy bear, height chart, preorder swing, bunk beds.
I’m loving the deep dives into growing together! The infant milestones in particular were really confusing to me. I’d also really like a guide for/ways to improve the rec center since there’s different autonomous interactions on different days but I have literally no clue which days are which lol It would be an awesome club/class lot type if I knew which activities were popular on which days
I just discovered that if you have the knitting kit, you can make friendship bracelets from the knitting kit that you give to your sims, or if you have cottage living, you can make them from the cross stich box if you give that to your sims.
I’ve been so busy working I’ve barely have gotten into growing together gameplay, even though I bought the pack when it came out. The little I did play I loved it. I need get motivated to be playing. I love the splash pad stuff. And there is a lot of colors to choose from as well. By the way when builders build splash pad lots they often forget to turn on the splash pads. Fortuanly you can turn them on after placing the lot.
easy way to make sure theyre on is to have a doggo pet, theyll just keep running to it to splash and have fun lol, somehow they turn it on even when its off
how did i not notice you could upgrade the treehouse lol, the upgrades are such nice touches! i also completely forgot you could place things on it haha

i had an annoying time finding out what to do, until i sorted out the guests' sleeping bags and actually noticed the interactions (tell sims to put down their bags, and then the next one for going to sleep) they should be available when you self-click on a hosting sim
Would be awesome to have some lists like 10 unique ways to get the fun meter up. I don't know if you have done that already. I'm tired of always using the bike as a cheap, quick method.
I had a child sim learn how to ride a bike but it didn’t give/ unlock the milestone. I know the sim had actually learned how to ride a bike cuz it the child sim had the aspiration and ticked off the “learn to ride a bike” task. Not too sure why this happened.
Some milestones are bugged. To me it seems like 90% of their focus was on infants' milestones because even toddlers' seem a bit lazy and some are bugged too

You don't need to have built the tree house for it to be considered a woohoo spot. Just have it on the lot and your Sims will have «Woohoo in tree house» option is Romantic/Physical interactions.
I noticed sim couples can't cuddle,kiss and makeout on the sitting places on the treehouse. I don't know if this is a bug,oversight or was meant to be this way.

Hi VEYANZE :), so in the object description for this it says that you can add 3 small and one medium photo to this, however I have found that medium photos don't work. Large photo sizes, however, will work, so try taking and dragging a large photo in instead of a medium one. I hope that solves your problem :).
It hurts my heart that the friendship bracelet trains handiness. They really should have had a base game crafting skill for the woodworking table that all sculptures and other arts and crafts stem from.
Fun fact: making friendship bracelets raises a sims's handiness skill faster than anything else they can do. It's soooo OP. (They probably put the decimal in the wrong place in the code and meant to make it 10x less than they did.) The animation for making the bracelets is so lazy though!!! Seems like they could have reused the knitting animation?
What about the new cribs? Do they bring anything new to baby beds or are they not that different from bassinets, cribs and toddler beds from other packs?

Those two items were for preorders only, and they were only available for a little while. Is you didn't preorder this pack, and bought it normally, that's the reason why.
I never used cheats or anything and my game system malfunctioned and my entire history was deleted… I was like 7 generations in :( sucked! Felt like I had lost a family member lol
Dang, the EA app really needs to be fixed. I didn't realize people were still having problems with it. Can you not still use origin? I was able to use origin, I only recently switched to the EA app cause I was curious

I wanted to like this but the audio is so horrible it was too difficult to understand more than every fourth or fifth word. Even closed captions could not make sense of much of the dialogue. Maybe adjust the noise floor so the audio is not so compressed.

All boxes do that and iirc they've been doing that for a while. Its always safest to keep pictures in your sim's inventory
Or any storage box for that matter😢 I lost some of my legacy pics (glad I was only at gen1 at the time)
If you have Laundry Day Stuff, you can select to use cloth diapers and you can slot a hamper to the changing table as well.

No it hasn't. It's best to keep photos in your sims inventory or upload them to your library if you'd prefer, until the bug is fixed.

I feel like overall this pack was a huge dud. It just doesn’t feel like there’s enough to be an expansion pack and the world is very meh.
How are these underused or underrated? 😅
Because many people buy packs and then never use anything other than the prebuilt stuff.

I had that same issue at first too but then I went to the repair game option and then all my games appeared again. I hope that helps 😬
