      Christopher Murphy we eat them after working out because exercise creates free radicals; which damages muscle tissue & cells.

      Jiany Star Massa vich No. The flu is a virus. The best way to not get the virus is to stay out of contact with it.

      @@TurnTheStoveOnBlaze this is the honest answer, u could eat a Whole Foods diet and be an athlete still. You can still catch a foreign virus and die. Actually some viruses like the Spanish flu disproportionately killed the people with the youngest strongest immune systems.
