I will get my steampod in two weeks, I had both 2.0 and 3.0 and of cours I need the latest :) This has all I need . I had Dyson Airwrap as well but I have sold it as it wasn't working for me . Steampod is the best !

Yes! I found my people 😊 - I have the steampod 2 & 3 & I think the 2.0 is absolutely the best because of the higher steam output. It leaves my kinky curly hair sleek straight yet still hydrated 🤩. The only reason I haven’t sold the 3.0 is because the integrated water tank on the iron makes it more compact & ideal for travel. I’m in North America & there is no release date for the 4.0 yet but I’d love to try that one for the easy curling capability.

Hey my dear, 3.0 is really enough. I’m still using it over the steampod 4 as I’ve the feeling the straightening process is much more smoother and faster! So save the 200€ difference and go with the 3.0🫶🏻

Thank you , happy to hear this 🫶🏻 Sure you need to use distilled water. Usually you can get it at any drugstores. But you can also use filtered water💕

I have the steampod and l had problems after few years whit filtered water from drugstore. The expert was unable to repair it and told me that l had to use pure distillated water, which is far more expensive than the other water, but it's the only one that in time doesn't create troubles whit the steam system and keep your steampod in perfect condition. I wish l knee before.

Hey my dear 💓 if I understand you correctly you’re asking if the top of the straightener is the same as for 3.0. So generally speaking, both straighteners are the same I also think that the 4.0 is a bit bigger overall than the 3.0. So with both you will reach your roots of your hair but 3.0 is a bit better in regards to this. Hopefully I understood your question correctly🎀✨

Great video :) I bought the remington hydra luxe straightener and it failed to straighten my hair (I have curly fine 3A type hair but even the cheapest tool can straighten it), but mum (she has curlier hair than mine) worked so well on her. I want to buy the steampod but don't know if should get the 3.0 or the 4.0 one. I am interested in the steampod cause it has a comb haha, which do you prefer?
Hey, thx my dear 🫶🏻 I would recommend you steampod 3 as the quality is as good as the steampod 4 and on top to that you save almost 100€ which is quite a lot! The result at the end looks the same and I need to admit that the curling function of steampod 4 is not really the best one it’s as any other straightener if you want to curl your hair :)

Hey girl ✨ it really depends on what you’re looking for. If you like to have a nice fast blow-out and only straight hair then go with the Dyson Airstrait. But if you would like to have sleek straight hair plus curling sometimes yup it hair then go with the steampod! hope i was able to help you💗✨

I think I'll just use steam straightener /steam pods but I'm afraid they take them off the market/new models are worse. For example, I don't really like the steampod 4 because of the curls. I'd rather they do 2 types of straighteners or a separate hedgehog straightener. There is to be appreciated because that consumers have listened. Many people complained that they couldn't do curls. I think they were nice to accommodate everyone. But the price... I hope it's as good as the 3.
Hey sure I understand your points. As I said in my video I would also recommend steampod 3 unless you want the curling function. Then maybe the new one is a little bit beneficial. But just if you can work with it. A regular curler is of course better than the one from steampod but for those who want everything in one product it could work out well :)🫶🏻

I REALLY wish Loreal would make these irons get the roots better. If they did that it would be the absolute perfect iron! I have so many flat irons/straighteners but I always reach for my Steampod.

Hey my dear, I would still recommend nr 3. The results is exactly the same and it’s for sure easier to curl than with nr 4 even if 4 has special plates for curling your hair. I personally think that with the integrated plates in nr 4 the curls doesn’t last long! Whereas with nr 3 I had never issues! So even if you’re willing to pay more I would still recommend to go with nr 3 as the steampod is working really good and definitely beats nr 4🫶🏻

Thank you 🫶🏻 the Karl Lagerfeld is the steampod 3.0 just as a special edition. I would recommend you to buy the steampod 3 as the result is exactly the same as with the Steampod 4. Plus on steampod 4 you need to take care that you don’t burn yourself because of the curling function🫶🏻
@@user-yb4vi6vj1k no steampod won’t burn your hair but you can burn your hand if you touch by accident the hot plates. Result is same and both are doing a good job. No worry about your hair.
