Didn't expect that rear mount turbo vet to be such a freaking beast! Car sounds awesome!
Thank you appreciate it.
Damn Fran has lost weight. Good video brotha
😆wrong shop brudah
@@RelentlessDH that's the joke lol. Its like nothing changed
@@ChrisSullivan69 my bad lol 😂🤣
@@ChrisSullivan69 I knew that was dawg from rpm lol glad he still grinding
THIS WAS FUNNY!!! LMFAOOOO.. I literally LOL'ed out loud.
Waiting for the day I see my car up there lol 😂 I keep seeing her in background
Is it done yet?
The builds at this shop are so cool
Love the quality videos one man's trash is another man's treasure keep up the good work and badass builds
I'm looking forward to see what you guys come up with on the truck build. That TT C6Z is sick. Not often you get to see builds like that
I bought that car new.. sold it. Regret it. Bought another Lemans blue red on seats. Looks great still .. love your channel..✌
I have wanted to get a c6z for a while now and may have the opportunity to buy one within the next couple of years. My dad and I were discussing what power adding upgrades are available to a c6z. He brought up rear mounted turbos. Now this video is in my feed. Weird coincidence
It’s because phones spy on you like Alexa does
not on that stock ls7. power adders for stock internal ls7 is h/c/i and nitrous. stock ls7 doesnt like boost
It's no coincidence. Our phones hear every word we say.
@@XxAtomic646xX you mean the grey iron ductile cylinder liners don't like boost? the rods when they have a proper coating from the german company GM hired but cheaped out on specing it at half that bend around 800wtq
Sounds like the camera guy that used to work at race proven motorsports
Great content keep up the good work brotha 💪
Incredible builds! The best!🇺🇸🇺🇸🤘
Nice builds. Great job.
Keep up the good work 👍
The guy filming sounds like the old guy from RPM. lol
I wonder why 🤷🏻♂️
Now that looks like a legit outfit
Keeping the turbo heat out of the engine bay is the way to go
I recognize that voice 😎
I’ll sub just to see how that Chevrolet pickup turns out
the surprise was 80% of the video was not a corvette or a dude looking at his laptop. Show more of the rear mount setup. Turbo corvette dyno's don't surprise anyone lol. They beasts.
Who did the build on the C6Z and what color is that??? Beautiful! I’ve never been a big fan of the rear mounted turbos, but with few other options this is one platform which it might be a wise choice.
I'd love to hear more details on this one as well. Doesn't sound like these guys are responding though...
Hey guys it’s my car if you want any info on the build just hit me up I’ll share anything you want to know. Color is lamans blue. Yes rear mounts work great on these cars since room is tight and car runs nice and cool never goes over 180. Great for a street car set up.
@@jeffclauss887 u have a Instagram you post this car on?
Jeff Clauss interested in some info as well, what is the best way to contact you?
@@jeffclauss887 Thanks for chiming in! How do we contact you for more info?
It did.
I feel like someone should be yelling "NAWS" during these pulls
Nice job... You know fueltech sistems?
Who built that thing?
It looks like a backyard build to me
Have you guys ever done a C7Z twin turbo setup?
Since Tesla be gapping everything with their plaid I’ve been forced into thinking about going turbocharged with my z Also
Open wastegate dumps or they internal?
About how much for a heads and cam package?
Does LMP do pro bono work for poor muscle car guys who use to live in Maryland? I have a 2019 ZL1 1LE that I can’t afford to make any more power. Maybe I should start a go fund me.
I’m sorry as a business with overhead and employees to pay we do not offer free work.
Is that zl1 the xport?
I'd love to know the routing of the charge pipe, the diameters of the tubing and everything
I have a forged 408 with twin 73mm turbos at the rear of my car and I'm having some issues building boost, wondering if perhaps I made a mistake merging the two turbos into a T @ 2.5" and then running a single 3" down the entire body. I did some cross sectional area calculations and it seemed like it would be ok, but perhaps I should've ran 2 x 2.5" charge pipes all the way up the car and merge into the intercooler into a single 3?
Also what diameter exhaust pipes? Heat wrapped?
As mentioned we didn’t do the custom kit so I’m sorry we can’t answer your questions. But maybe the owner will chime in.
@@LateModelPerformance a little update, i moved my turbos to front, and with .96ar these turbos are lazy until 4k. Still made 1300hp. I'm betting these are some pretty small ones .70-.80ar or something but impressive as hell
Crazy numbers! Let me know if you ever want to sell it
I actually have been thinking about selling it. It has a ppg sequential trans/rps quad disk setup now so it shifts like lightning. Meth system was added as well. If your serious call LMP and have them give you my number.
Whatever happened? Do you still have it?
Houaaaà y love it the cars zl1 z06 yes good cars chevy y love it the chevrolets
1300 wtf
Ha la z06 je la préfère a la z5 j aime pas cette arrière j aime mieux l arrière de la z06
Put that vette on a real dyno and watch it make 1200
You say that like 1200 would be bad for 20 lbs. Lol. But actually it has been on 2 different dyno jets and made 1290-1310 on both dynos at 20lbs. Traction is difficult on a roller dyno that’s why they use the hub dyno. Also I just added a meth system to help with fueling so boost is getting turned up very soon.
@@jeffclauss887 How do we get in touch with you to learn more about this badass setup? Do you have IG or an email contact you can share?
It hit a lil over 1200 in the vid lol
What does something like that cost to build minus the cost of that year z06? Ruffy
125k
@@brianmathew09 that's definitely up there. But a sick set up.
I don’t like really saying how much I have in the car. But to do a max effort build like this using very reputable shops for all of it. It’s quite pricey. But keep in mind every aspect of my car as been upgraded. It’s not just about making power it’s about doing it reliably. To do it rite cost money no way around it. You get what you pay for. I’m well north of 100 in it.
@@jeffclauss887 Doing it reliably, responsibly, and thinking out every step along the way using high quality reputable parts and people Is the only way to do it. You have to pay to play. I know 1st hand it's not cheap, although I haven't managed to spend that much on build but I imagine it's A-blast.
@@jeffclauss887 wow my c6 with a cam, blower and meth was $44,000 and 700 rwh. That was 8 yrs ago.
