I've been binge watching your videos. I have a business bank account, google my biz, an LLC, working a bookkeeping cert and my proadvisor cert with intuit. I'm struggling with getting started because I feel like I need those two certs before I start, but that's not true. What is your opinion on upwork?
@heyitstrichie27 How did you go about getting your Enrolled Agent Cert? I have heard to stay away from upwork for others. This is more a race to the bottom and that is not the value you want to bring. Charging what Bookkeepers make is not made off upwork. I have had luck with posting on LinkedIn and Facebook.

Hello. If a client did not work for QB, and he wants me to do accounting for him, what should I tell him so that he would buy QB and invite me as an accountant? Or are other actions needed to make it possible to maintain their accounting in QB. Thank you

I tell people, I only work with QuickBooks online. If they are not willing to switch, I will not be able to do their bookkeeping.
