I have a (sold)2005 Innova 2.5[V] done(2,70,00kms) , (have)2012 Innova 2.5[V] done(1lakh kms) and (have)2022 Crysta 2.4[V] done(20,00kms).
All cars feel same ❤. But Crysta is more powerful and has more features.

Ahhhh Yes Finally The OG..... Basically everyone had this car back in the day and many of them still are alive.... No matter if you were wealthy or were tight on budget.... You bought this car if you wanted space, practicality, reliability and much more!

@@sayanmondal1303 well not exactly everyone cause you know the 800 existed and so did Rikshaws but like come on.... Most ppl in India have been in an Innova Atleast once... Including me, My dads got an Innova Crysta Pre-Facelift 2.4 Diesel Manual.
@@TheUnderworld007 It was but until they started bronging other models like Omni,Esteem,Gypsy,..etc but Omni was enough for max 5 to 6 and Omni sales skyrocketed thanks to its practicality in commercial use from school van to ambulance but phased out only because of safety and new emission standards after 800 as Alto became much sensible to upgrade it according to the standards of the same but still people use them to improve their driving skills to some commerical uses eventhough they only can only find it as used one so does the first gen and second gen Innova.

Think that's the Type 3 model. There was another model , the Type 4. Some cosmetic changes with no changes to the power train. Grille, bumper , rear and all was changed

This car is the the best car for driving in hills because of its excellent low end and mid range. The amount of power it generates in low end and mid range is still unbeaten and will remain unbeaten coz of new culture of extracting more and more horses..
That's why we mostly see these on hill areas 🔥
But power to weight ratio is very low (0.064). Innova 2.0 M/T first gen has power to weight ratio closer to 2nd Gen Innova diesel (0.090 vs 0.095) and torque to weight ratio closer to Innova 2.5 first gen (0.123 vs 0.125). The reason that diesel engine rev lower with peak torque produced is because of the nature of the diesel fuel.

So ya this a great car i approve that because i have a innova 2005 which i bought in 2010 and it is driven daily and i still have it but i have put a 2012 innova body parts on it no due to a crash the car body was damaged but the chassi was not so i disided to change it and it has driven like 5lac KM

Depends on your requirements!
After narrowing down your requirement, I would look for drivability of the car(ride quality, handling and power per my requirement), Build quality (feeling of safety), after sales service (quality and costs both). Not a sucker for mileage, An automatic car with city mileage for petrol engine (9-11Kmpl) and highway (15-17kmpl) is good enough for me
