Speaking of feasts, I think we can all agree it's time for the Purina Fancy Feast sausage.
I feel the hardest part isn’t so much the mixing of flavors, but the perfection of textures. Even with all the cooking methods available this part seems very hard to nail.
I still can't believe that Red Lobster charged him $42,005 to look at the live lobster tank for three seconds
Next time you have a rice heavy sausage I'd reccommend cooking it similar to Boudain (a cajun, rice-based sausage) and cutting it into pieces, breading and frying it, would help a lot with the texture and amplify the flavor of the rice.
I order the ultimate seafood feast on my birthday looking at this gives me good memories.

I think it's the acid in the lemon juice that's causing it to burst this time around. For firmer rice, leaving it in the fridge overnight to dry it out could help, sort of like how fried rice is supposed to be made.
