- - Replacing stock Harley lights is number 1 upgrade anyone should do when you get your new Harley! You must be seen - otherwise you’re risking it ! So I replaced my OEM lights with Custom Dynamic LED - full set up that included the LED elements, the Lenses and installed the 3 play module.
Now the rear end includes 3 running lights and signal lights integrated. While I was back there I replaced the hideous license plate bracket with the curved lay down license plate bracket.
Now I can be seen from miles away….

I recommend pure Silicone Divers Grease on those o'rings, makes installing and removing so much easier, and prevents dry rotting. Love that color, good luck, and Congrats, love your channel. Noodles

Looks Great Sandy. Lights is always the first upgrade I do. You can never have to many LED lights to be seen.
Been waiting a month for my ST. Now that Harley says they'll resume production next week......I can only hope.

Custom Dynamics products are amazing. Been running them for several years now on my old ‘03 - the run/brake/turn function is the best safety upgrade you can make to increase rear visibility. Grey Ghost getting some love.

Looks awesome Sandy, I've been using CD lights for the past 15 years, awesome stuff. Yes the pictured sometimes aren't that good, but the explanations are good enough. I love that strobe function myself. People can't complain if they say they didn't see you. I've even had RCMP mention that it's an awesome product to have on 2 wheels. Cheers man, 😎😎😎

Do love me some very bright tail lights. The front needs some additional lighting, I am surprised how small the stock headlamp is

I installed the brake light strobe this season. I have it on the strobe then solid. I thought it might be obnoxious also, but also thinking it will definitely get someone's attention behind me that may not be paying attention.

I thought about putting a rotating beacon on a pole attached to my bike…..
It sounded like you actually turned the bike on at the end, but the LED license plate frame didn’t light up. Did you get it working?

The stock taillight has a license plate light in the top of it that appears to illuminate your plate adequately. Why bother with running or splicing wires for the LED license plate frame? Just my thought. If you eventually get a low profile LED taillight from CD, get the one that has the tag light on top. I did and it works great. Sandy, I enjoy watching all your videos. Keep them coming. Love your new bike.

Am I right when you say "disconnect the gray, insert the purple and then complete it" you're saying the purple part is double sided....disconnect gray, insert purple and then put the other part of the gray into the other half of the purple?"
The gray is the color of the clip that needs to be disconnected. The purple is the color of the wire.
