The Latin community in Miami is on a whole 'nother level! I maintained a 4.9 star rating on Uber for nearly 2 years UNTIL I went to Miami for work for 3 days in November 2023. Shortly after returning home, I noticed my rating had dropped to 4.6. Is it a coincidence that all of my Uber drivers were Latino? The things I noticed as their passenger - 1. If you don't speak conversational Spanish, they will punish you for it. 2. Even if you rate them 5 starts and tip, they will still PUNISH YOU!! Mind you, a majority of my Uber rides have been in So Cal, and that's where my 4.9 initially came from - Latinos.

I’m confused. So are the Hispanics in this Ross recent immigrants? Because there are 3rd and 4th generation Hispanic people in South Florida. They still speak English with an accent. There are also Puerto Ricans, a US Territory, that speak Spanish who are born us citizens. Because someone speaks with a Spanish accent does not make them an immigrant, much less a recent immigrant. With regards to recent immigrants, how would you feed your family if it weren’t for those recent immigrants? Who would work the fields? Btw, the Democrats aren’t anymore for immigrants than the republicans they simply want people to be treated as humans with certain inalienable rights. Unlike the he Republicans who want to demonize immigrants and persecute them so that they can have them work below the minimum wage as slave labor. Did you know this… most poorest and most poverty stricken cities are all republican. In fact republicans have entire states that are brokest than entire democrat states. Examples are Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Kentucky, Arkansas these are poorest states in America according to the census bureau. They also have the lowest cost of living to make up for the struggle of those communities.
