About This Game (from steam)
Welcome to Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator 2, the most ridiculous and insane battle simulator in existence! Create eye watering battles with hundreds of thousands, and even millions of characters on screen! Sandbox mode will return, with infinite army sizes and far greater flexibility than ever. Command your armies in RTS mode with full drag select army control, or get the job done yourself and play as any one of the units in 3rd or 1st person. Daemons don’t have any biomass, if I remember correctly. That’s why they made a special hive fleet just to kill chaos, and has to be constantly resupplied with biomass.
Yes, chaos demons despawn, the cultists remain, and I believe the chaos Marines as well.
They can't even eat Chaos mutated flesh, so anything with an extra limb is inedible.

It was interesting how Carnifexes and Brood Warriors were being flung around, but not dying, allowing them to attack deeper in the defending line.
Perfect for the Carnifexes, notorious as the ultimate distraction. Every shot on them isn't one supporting the front line.

@underarmbowlingincidentof1981 the best nightmare fuel version is that the Nids are not consciously targeting the galaxy, there are just so many hives in the intergalactic gulf that being hit by one is near certain.

This is speculation (and an old theory at that), there is no in-lore answer to the extent of the tyranids, and hopefully it's left that way. There's already been at least one retcon to suggest that they were made aware of the milky way galaxy through the destruction of a device called The Pharos, this is not original nid lore and comes from the Black Library heresy novels
Note: Demons do not yield biomass as they are warp entities that return to the warp once slain. The video is still awesome though.

@@KalashVodka175 Yeah alot for a modern video game but 400k is nothing in Warhammer 40k universe where normal battles could be in the billions and this battle would actually be a very small battle.

@@crossroads8370 I read about krieg once, and there they stormed an entire hive city with only somewhere in the thousands, both krieg and cadian alike. I believe it was during the Octarius World, because it was orks and tyranids.
Now we need such a force of Tyranids vs a whole detachment of space marines with imperial guard of course.

The Tyranids serve only one god and that is their endless hunger and apparently not even the will of the Chaos Gods are enough to stop it. The nids are even willing to recreate scenes from Piranha movies seeing as they swam through a blood moat.
One of my personal highlights of this battle was seeing them swarm though the blood :D

What i love about @Pinky.... Is his videos/commentary is kinda like listening to a sports event on the radio and hearing the play by play guy AND the "color commentary guy" out of one person....
I just found this channel and haven't seen uebs content in years.
This is far better usage of this game than I ever considered. The finding of this channel has made my day a lot better. I'm excited to sink time into these videos in the coming future lol

uhm technically the shadow in the warp should have affected the ritual just from such a mass of Tyranids being nearby, also Demons don't have biomass, when killed they simply return to the warp🤓🤓🤓

3:04 love that!!! Reminds me of starting off with 40k and only having terrain for Lord of the Rings. 40k is always so open for creativity so it also simply became parts of a hive city, ancient ruins of some obliterated natives, or something else :P

Haha, to be fair there is like 35 Years of lore for like 9 races each race having 1000's of sub lore, your bound to get things wrong when you do live commentary but I am looking out for what people dont like the most and trying to address it :)
@@ChaoticPinkyI can't fault anyone for getting lore wrong. I've read probably 120 40k novels over the course of twenty years and I still get tons wrong. 40k lore of obnoxious and often really stupid but its why I love every second of it.

1740: when you say deamonettes taste like "Bliss" that was just the most meta shit I've ever heard. Now it would have been better if the Tyranid who "killed and ate" the deamonette is killed and replaced by a deamonette as the essence corrupts and infects the Nid from within....

1:24 The tyranids do not use the warp... man U know this by now! The synapse and shadow in the warp are non-warp phenomenons that interact with the warp.
Talking about endless hordes, it would be fun to see Skaven from Warhammer Fantasy sending millions of rats against some stalwart defenders. Either Dwarfs, or maybe Dwarfs and High Elves or Wood Elves in a combo against them?

The ai "magicaly" scales the wall to get to them, but only once all units on the ground are dead - it looks derpy as hell so I never show it xD

Well, that was poor planning by chaos, summoning the meat shield behind the enemy instead of in front of the ranged defenders. As well as having their arty so far forwards and taken out so soon as a result.
And the targeting priority not focusing down the big stuff with the hard hitting stuff.

also daemons dont leave biomass, they fizzle out, which is why tyranids dont like fighting them. theres a whole hive fleet that specialised in fighting them and it takes biomass from other fleets.
I believe thats Hive fleet Chronos. I love how the Tyranids are getting more lore and attention in WH40k now.

Yes :) I have personally Balanced all the units I use to try and fall inline with lore as much as possible, at the end of the day these are just a few character mods thrown in a game thats meant to represent ancient and medieval warfare so - while some things are broke - its amazing it works at all :D
