It was found that starting and stopping heavy sheets during normal punching operations far exceeds the force required to run wheel tools. Because the wheels are only acting on a small area of the metal, the force required to move the sheet through the wheels is much less than might be expected.
How to program this kind of rolling rib tools? I'd tried, but it only punch on the beginning and the end, doesn't roll...
